Great experience and service from the Radiance Team. I found them really helpful in understanding what my requirements were and what were the best options for my property. Installation was excellent and the workmanship standards were of the highest order. Since the system has been installed I have had no issues with anything and already seen the instant impact on my electricity usage and savings. Radiance have installed a 20 panel array with battery on our slate roofed barn. The work was carried out on time and looks fantastic. The energy savings, even on a rainy February day are significant. We're really pleased with the work and the friendly team who carried it out.

There are no negatives to say about this MC certified ,insurance backed company. I chose Radiance through word of mouth and viewing previous local installations. Pre installation survey, explanation of available solar systems, roofing requirements and the subsequent various quotations were all expertly explained. The whole team were highly professional and capable. It was excellent to see time being taken with the training of apprentices. Responses to my queries as they arose were timely. Additional essential work beyond the scope of my original quotation had to be undertaken but was absorbed by the company with significant disruption to their subsequent work schedule and was expertly completed. The team kept me informed of when they would be on site and left the workplace spotless on completion. Certificates of compliance for MCS and building regulations were received within 24 hours of completion. I would 100% recommend this company for a solar power installation.

Stuart and Jonny and their excellent team have provided us with a fantastic system. We are very pleased with all aspects of the job - from the initial introductions, followed by the advice, recommendations and system design, to the way in which the whole system was installed and configured. Our roof which was over 60 years old needed to be renewed and the cost saving option to install inbuilt solar panels at the same time was the reason we chose Radiance Reliance. Now that the work is finished, we would like to say, that all the Radiance staff we dealt with were very personable, excellent communicators and great to deal with from start to finish. The senior staff right through to the installation teams kept us up to speed with their progress as the job went on. The system is up and running so here's hoping it produces the power it is designed to do. Despite the weather we have seen positive gains already. We would recommend this Radiance team to anyone who wants solar panels installed and if anyone has an old roof like ours, it makes sense to get the roof redone with inbuilt solar panels. From the first interaction for a quote, through to completion of the job, the Radiance team, services, comms and products were excellent. The installation from roof strip to the solar panels installed was 6 working days, in some poor weather conditions as well. Special thanks to the roof team and the electrical team, Cameron, Jack, Liam and Bob (Ethan) who were professional, with a great work ethic and cleaned up after themselves.
