From contacting Lumisol and speaking with Sam, she created a quote to have my EV charger installed extremely quickly. She then arranged for this to be done within 2 days as my old charger had failed. The installation team arrived at the agreed time, were very professional and helpful and installed the new charger and set it up. I cant fault the workmanship. We needed an Ev charger installing and possibly an outdoor socket. Found Lumisol listed as recommended installer for Tesla EV charger and liked the fact they were local to us so we approached them for a quote. Site visit was quickly arranged through Sam in their friendly office and appointment confirmed by email and text in the day to say he’s in his way! Within a few days Thomas came out to meet us review our requirements. We felt immediately at ease as he talked us through options and fully explained details of works required. He obviously knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable. He emailed a quote through later that same day which we accepted. Very reasonably priced even after we added on an external socket and additional distribution board. On the day of installation James and Alex arrived on time and were super, working efficiently and tidily, clearing up after job was completed. They kept us advised throughout and made sure everything was set up and we understood how to operate the charger. Products installed are if highest quality as is their workmanship. Great attention to detail from the start keeping us updated. Excellent clear communication throughout process. All this gives confidence that you’re dealing with a professional company. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again in the future.
