PW Solar (Phil) did an exceptional job installing additional solar panels and a fantastic new Sigen battery at our property. From the very first meeting we had with Phil, he was personable, professional and explained things in a manner we could understand (which wasn’t always the case with the salesmen from other companies that quoted us for the same job). He listened carefully to what we wanted and designed a system that would do what we wanted. He didn’t try to add things we didn’t need or push us at all. His quote was very competitive. He had clearly done lots of research for systems that would fulfil our needs. When carrying out the work, he was efficient and meticulous. His work was tidy and throughout he was concerned with how the installed system would look. He made suggestions about burying cables rather than running lots of cables up and down external walls of the house which have really paid off - we’re delighted with the end result in terms of the function of the battery and solar panels and also with how everything looks. He remained in regular contact with us, always letting us know when he would be coming to the site. He works exceptionally hard and can be fully relied upon to turn up when he says he’s going to. The inverter on my solar installation failed and I needed a replacement urgently, I contacted a few companies and PW solar were the most responsive and came up with a few options and costs for replacement giving a detailed explanation of the cost benefits of each. I selected a GivEnergy inverter and Phil was able to souse and install it very quickly. After discussion with Phil also decided to carry out other improvements to the supply arrangements including a new consumer unit and the standard of the work was exceptionally high. Phil installed a battery and aio gateway for me recently(I already have solar panels), as well as a new fuse box and a few extra jobs I found along the way. It was a big job over several weeks but Phil’s work was amazing and I’m really happy with the results. He always turned up when he said he would, always cleaned up properly when he was done, and didn’t waste anyone’s time. Unbeatable customer service

PWSolar was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had been researching battery storage linking to our solar panels for years but the economics never seemed quite right. Our solar inverter failed recently and we asked PWSolar for a quote to replace it. The inverter quote was acceptable so we went ahead and asked for a battery quote at the same time. The inverter replacement went perfectly to the agreed timetable with accurate communications received every step of the way. After a site inspection and discussion of siting options, we received 2 battery quotes for alternate manufacturers and Gateway options for each, with NO sales pressure at all. Full explanations of the implications, options and answering all our questions followed. We chose the cheaper option, with Gateway, which suited us better anyway. The installation proceeded to the stage plan and timetable as agreed, with confirmation communication and consultation before each visit. The disruption was minimal, the site always left clean & tidy and we are very pleased with the result. PWSolar gets our full, unreserved approval based on a great experience.
