Tail gating. Speeding. Trying to jump red light. Once photos taken pretending to swerve in front of us! Disgrace and dangerous. They could be the cheapest company around. Offering free repairs and I still wouldn’t use for this reason!

Had my Cavity wall done from these and it’s a lot colder then what it was with the new stuff they put it as it’s not done properly they didn’t fill the holes they drilled properly just a patch up left my loft wrecked left all my children stuff wrecked up in loft stuff that belongs to my dead grandma wrecked everything was wrecked covered in insulation and everything had to be binned with is shocking things aren’t cheap these days and definitely things can’t be replaced when people pass away like my grandmas belongings that got wrecked they don’t give a toss about your belongings they didn’t even check my loft to see if it needed cleaned up or an inspection check to make sure work was done as the person that was doing it had to go to 15 to 16 jobs as it wasn’t done his words not mine I’ve been waiting for days for weeks for someone to come out and look at it he didn’t turn up and hasn’t rang me back the pictures showing isn’t the last of it got loads of videos it won’t let me post witch I’ve posted all over my social media’s and stuff I should be payed back for what got wrecked but money doesn’t cover loading what was left behind by my passed loved one and they had to go in the bin as they were thick of installation I don’t recommend anyone get 0800 repair to do any job big or small they don’t respect the customers belongings never mind do a job with respect

We have been with 0800 Repair for many years now and had many call outs and repairs done by them. My latest call out was for a leak in a large radiator. 0800 did not repair but replaced the whole thing including valves etc. Top Company and Pleased I have an ongoing monthly repair plan in place to cover all my heating and parts. Highly recommended, and many thanks especially to the Engineer I believe was called Chris. Excellent job done from start to finish.👍

Would not give this company 1 star. Had insulation work done back in May. The job hasn’t been finished. They’ve left me with work half done. Appalling communications. Taking weeks to get any answer. Extremely rude and robotic call centre staff. Been waiting for 9 days for a supposed recorded delivery letter from them. When asking for tracking number they won’t give to me. MP and Ofgem now in the loop. The workmen are brilliant, their managers and office staff diabolical. Do Not Touch if your life depended on it. I really hope another low income vulnerable family do not get treated like this

Had new radiator valves an thermostat fitted..work completed fantastic and was shown how to operate.. Prior I had a phone call from faith pallister who was lovely and next day she rang back to make sure everything was up to scratch.. Couldn't ask for better thank you too all staff.
