Having reached out to a number of well-known companies to supply and fit solar panels for me, and had the run around by them, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with MB Solar. They, from day one treated me a a human being and not just a cash cow!. Daz, Oli and electrician Anthony were amazing throughout. The fitting was ultra quick and efficient even in the awful weather that presented itself on day of fitting. Within 2 days it was fitted and working and even a slight hiccup that occurred was dealt with effectively. I'll certainly will be recommending MB Solar to friends and family. Also the price was brilliant, no hard sell presented itself, which was refreshing. Only one issue..... where is the Sun lol. Seriously 5 * plus to MB Solar.

I called MB Solar on Monday 22/12 after having been let down by another firm. Darren came the same afternoon, gave me an estimate, and started work immediately after New Year. I have to say it proved more difficult than he thought , as the panels on our house , which were fitted 10 years ago and which had not worked for sometime, were an old type. Despite the difficulties encountered, they persevered, during appalling weather and completed yesterday. They also put bird mesh in place. I was kept informed all the way and we now have a fully functioning system. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent from initial contact through site visit, installation and post installation support. Good communication and clear step by step guide to the process. After initial install had an EPS fitted which failed on a Friday afternoon with complete loss of power. Unfortunate, but things can go wrong sometimes. The electrician was out within an hour (in the rain and dark) and power restored. Problem was diagnosed on the Monday, a replacement inverter ordered (under warranty) and installed shortly thereafter. There are too many companies out there who are extremely responsive right up until the money is handed over and then suddenly become much harder to reach! If you are thinking of solar give Matt or Darren a call. They’re very approachable, customer focussed and not at all “salesy”.
