IMS Heat Pumps designed, and installed our Ground Source Heat System at our new build property. The advice provided through the design stage with our Architect, and our Builder was excellent making our decision process straight forward. We continue to use IMS for our servicing, where Alan and Aaran are always providing a good service. IMS carry out yearly services of our ground source heating system. They are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond meaning I don't have to wait too long for an appointment. They double check everything, top up levels and leave the plant room clean and tidy. Everything is double checked and I get a call a few days later to make sure I'm happy with what the guys have done. They even like my dogs! Great team.

Finding a reliable renewables installer can be a headache. The market is dominated by small businesses, sometimes with little track record. Installation is a big outlay and technically complex so honesty, reliability and experience are essential requirements when choosing an installer. I chose IMS Heat Pumps because they are an established company with many years experience. I found them professional, friendly and efficient. From the moment of first contact through the survey and installation IMS demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The result being an excellent heating system, which has yet to be tested with a really cold spell of weather, but fills me with confidence that it will be able to deal with a full-blown West Coast winter. They may not be the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend IMS Heat pumps.

Excellent service all round

The appeal of using IMS was partly a recommendation, but mainly because the are heat pump engineers, not plumbers having a go. Front first contact to installation it was clear they knew what they were doing, including being honest about snags with a retrofit. The installation team were polite, friendly and tidy, and did a neat job. There was a snag with the heating, but they patiently worked it through and solved it. The performance is exactly as IMS calculated, making the Vaillant system very efficient. People who claim heat pumps are noisy, expensive to run, don’t heat water or a house are simply wrong. I have a tankful of hot water and a warm home from a heat pump that whispers. Too job!
