Sustainable Energy Engineering Ltd have just finished the installation of 11 integrated solar energy panels on my roof. I needed to have my roof retiled and decided that this was an opportunity to instal photovoltaic panels as part of the work. From the initial consultation through to the commissioning of the system after two days on site, the team (a family-based business) provided an excellent and professional service. Their work installing the switchgear etc and the roof installation is extremely neat and tidy – and the team were amenable to my wishes to conceal the wiring connecting the two sets of panels (One on the garage roof) to the battery and inverter inside the garage. I found the initial consultation and the briefing about the equipment and Apps after commissioning very helpful. Their proposal and execution were of the highest standard. Their flexibility in visiting the site to coordinate with my holidays etc and to work in with the roofers was excellent. They arrived and departed as agreed – an excellent team.

Our solar and battery has been installed for nearly 2 months now. The process with Sustainable Energy Engineering couldn't have been any smoother, from initial contact with about a quote, to the day of install. We had 10 panels fitted and a Foxx ESS EP11 battery and inverter. The installers on the day worked non stop and you wouldn't know they had been since everything was cleared up before leaving. All relevant documents sent out quickly after the install to get our SEG tariff set up. The scaffolding was taken down a few days after the work was complete which wasn't an issue either. Very pleased with the service and from a great local family run company. Another family member had also used Sustainable Energy Engineering also who recommended them to me. Thanks to the whole team.

I phoned several times Sustainable Energy and had all my questions fully answered. We had a site survey and there was no pressure to buy, so we were able to make the most suitable choice when it suited us. Installation was about 4 weeks ahead, and several days before then the scaffolders came. As arranged 3 staff came and did the installation that day. They were impressive, because although they each had separate jobs, they all co-ordinated well as an efficient team. The job only took 4 or 5 hours and when they left we had a fully functioning system that had been demonstrated and explained. I paid the balance and the ‘paperwork’ was immediately sent to us. The network operator completed authorisation quickly, and so 3 weeks after installation our system was approved and EDF our energy provider started paying us. Surprisingly easy and efficient! Having initially had a previous installation of PV Panels and Inverter in 2015 by Steve from Sustainable Energy Engineering, i decided to upgrade to a Battery and Hybrid Inverter. The whole process once again from quotation to installation was smooth and professional without any concerns. Adam & Ben who carried out the installation completed all work with set up and a final tuition on the Fox App. Final installation was neat and all areas left tidy. Can highly recommend this company from my experience of the past 2 installations!
