ROOFING INNOVATIONS LTD

This is a review for the initial site survey process, not the work, as we have not yet received the quote. I emailed Roofing Solutions on their website, received a prompt reply and then a follow up call from Leon's assistant, Zahra, to arrange a visit to suit me. Leon arrived promptly, was polite and very informative. We have a copper roof which is leaking. He quickly decided that repair was not worth considering - disappointing but this was consistent with others. He measured the roof, explained what he was doing. Asked me about what I wanted in terms of materials for replacement and gave different options with their pros and cons. He explained the difference between contractor's guarantees and those which are also backed by the manufacturer and checked by their surveyors which I was not aware of and is worth checking out. Out of all the people quoting he was the only one who mentioned that copper is valuable and that I could sell it rather than have it taken away by a roofing contractor along with the rest of the waste for them to sell. I was aware of this. He even spent time working out a rough price based on that day's current value. While I can't review the replacement roof as I'm still waiting for quotes to make a decision on contractor I would certainly recommend Roofing Solutions, Leon and Zahra in the office for their professional approach and honesty.

What can I say about Leon and his team . if I could give 6 Stars I certainly would.. I used a company for nearly ten years but they were not performing. I approached Roofing Innovations to look at one of my properties and the service was excellent from start to finish. Very competitive quotes, I'm looking forward to using you more in the future and have no hesitation in recommending your company.
