Repair of non-working solar panel system

I can’t fault the service provided by this company. The problem with my solar panel system was quickly identified and repaired by their engineer, Doug, who was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable about the installation. Highly recommended.

Excellent Solar Panel Experience!

We opted for a solar panel system via the Solar Together scheme, and the installation company was EE Renewables. They provided a flawless service, were easy to communicate with, and a few days after completion we are surprised to be getting a significant amount of power - in November! The surveyor Carl suggested panels on both roof slopes, as our roof is east-west - something I hadn’t thought was economic or available - a good start! The scaffolding went up on both sides of the house - carefully and safely done buy two friendly young men - no names I'm afraid. The installation of the system itself was by Owen and Reece - friendly, helpful and informative, and a tidy and careful job from them both. And finally Bethany in the office - always ready to help and provide information. It's been a pleasure to deal with this group of people, and so refreshing to meet a company that actually cares!

EE Renewables - a great experience

Great experience with EE Renewables. They arrived on the day they said and the team got to work straight away. By lunchtime, the solar panels, battery and inverter were all in place. EE Renewables have a very good technical support department, which I've used on a couple of occasions. I would have no hesitation in recommending EE Renewables.

Efficient and polite

They were efficient, informative, helpful and polite throughout the process. The work was done with a minimum of fuss even though I had to leave them to their own devices for much of the time (family crisis)

Great Solar Battery installation experience …

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The solar and battery installation was seamless (Dave and Oscar worked incredibly hard) and was completed in one day. Neighbours who had similar PV installed had their contractors onsite for a week! The office team were well informed, responsive and super helpful (Bethany and Luke especially). Richard the surveyor was very personable and shared his experience through his recommendations which were spot on. 5 stars!

Had Solar and a battery installed at the weekend. Jason, Carl and Cory were fantastic! Really tidy cabling completed by the team and they cleared up after themselves. All fitted in one day. They ran through the app which is really easy to use. First class service from a first class company would recommend to anyone. Thank you EE Renewables.

EE Renewables removed a solar panel to allow for a repair to the roof then replaced it once the work was completed. Also gave the whole system a check over. An excellent experience throughout, clear and prompt communication and Doug who came to carry out the work was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Panel and system fitting - happy.

Nathan, Dave and Oscar (our fitting team) were excellent. They were pleasant, cheerful and professional throughout a busy day. On arrival Nathan and Dave developed a sound plan for running the cable, having considered a number of options, consulting with us regarding our preferences at each step. Oscar fitted the panels on the garage roof in a cold, biting wind efficiently, and then helped with cable fitting. The battery and inverter were positioned well and tidily secured in place. On completion of work everything was tidied away. I was talked through setting up the app and given a good briefing on its operation, with pointers as to where to get more information. We were very happy with the way the whole day had gone and impressed with the calm, professional approach from the team. Thank you. Happy Customers.

Highly recommended by me for solar panels and air source heat pump installation.

They have put in an excellent heat pump which is now operating extremely well; and they have an internet connection to our heat pump which is so advanced that if there are any problems that arise they will probably be made aware of them before we find them. We would certainly recommend them.

Such a good experience with Dave and Reece. They answered all my newbie questions and helped me navigate the aesthetics of a few cabling options. Install was done same day without any hiccups.

Doug returned on 23rd as promised and…

Doug returned on 23rd as promised and replaced the faulty component in the fuse box so the whole system is back up and running. Doug carried out the work very efficiently and caused us no disruption at all. Very happy with his work. Rob and Annie

This company really understand the concept of customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they met and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole fitting process.

Everyone I had contact with was thoroughly professional. This included both office staff, electricians and roofers. Doug worked a long Saturday in the cold and rain to get the job done.

We used EE Renewables for a solar installation with battery storage and EV charger. From the start they have been friendly and not at all pushy, giving a very good and comprehensive initial quote. Oliver then came and surveyed our house and again was excellent. No up-selling or pushing us at all. He even still came round on a Friday evening despite having been stuck in traffic. We accepted the quote and an installation date was within a week of paying the deposit. However, sadly the team were sick on the day but a new installation date was booked for 2 days later. The installation went smoothly with a very friendly and informative team of 3. Post installation follow up has again been excellent by the electrician, administrators in the office and also a follow up call from Oliver our surveyor. We can't fault them and all at a very competitive price. Thanks you all.

Had a great experience with EE Renewables. Dave and Bobby arrived early, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the install. They even went out of their way to hide the fuse box as I didn’t want it outside — really appreciated the extra effort! The handover was clear, and they encouraged me to get in touch if I needed any support. Highly recommend!

One always goes into these installs with a certain amount of trepidation; will the install go smoothly, will extra costs suddenly appear? No worries at all with EE Renewables. From the initial survey, email communications, until the actual installation, absolutely brilliant service. Damien, the electrician who undertook the install, was so polite and friendly. He asked what preferences I had, and catered for them brilliantly. Such a neat job. All contact with the bookings and accounts team have been as equally friendly, and I get the impression they really value their customers. Recommend 100%.

Really happy with the whole experience of dealing with EE Renewables. From the initial contact through the survey to installation and sign off, everything was done by nice, friendly, helpful people. A particular shout out to Dave, Bobby and Oli who did the instal - they were great.

Bobby and Dave fitted solar panels to our house today. They were on time, very clearly explained what they needed to do and completed the job efficiently. They showed me the photos of what they had done outside and in the attic and clearly explained the app that we need to use and the process following the installation. They were friendly, careful and tidy in their work.

This is not a blatent add for EE Renewables but based on my recent experience. These guys know how to deliver a complete package of PV solar power, battery back-up and an integrated air source heat pump, or any combination of the above in a most professional manner. I found that their management listened and understood my requirements and gave the appropriate advice. Furthermore, they know how to act on their customer's behalf to navigate our current building regs and government grant applications. I am still benefiting from their after sales system monitoring and advice. This is an up and coming part of the domestic builing services industry and elements of it can be costly. We did a lot of research and then a friend recommended EE Renewables who were competitively priced, they responded very quickly and the team (Nathan was brilliant!) respected our property. The office support (Becky) was also very efficient and helpful. I am impressed with the good service we’ve had. I would definitely recommend this company!

We used EE renewables as part of the Solar Together project. The whole team offered fantastic faultless service. From beginning to end everyone has been helpful and courteous, turning up on the correct day at the time booked. We even had our panels a day earlier than planned (with our agreement). This included the admin team, scaffolding team and all the installation team (who worked in freezing temperatures without complaining). After spending 18 months of dealing with other companies, with no shows and quotes then no response we are delighted with our new solar panels.

We used EE Renewables through a Solar Together Hampshire recommendation. They have been excellent throughout the process. The back office are very efficient and we once we had our survey and proposal the wait time for installation was only a few weeks after accepting the proposal. The installers on the day worked very hard to get the 12 panel installation and battery installation completed, and we were up and running within the day. The workmanship was undertaken to a very high standard. We used the opportunity to have some ridge tile repairs undertaken whilst the scaffolding was up and our roofer was very positive about the care that had been taken compared to some installations he has seen. We had some anticipated issues at the end with getting the app set up as there is no mobile reception in the basement where the inverter and battery is installed but the team ordered in some additional tech and sent out a further engineer to sort this within a few days. The communication has been really good throughout the process particularly if an engineer has been running late. We have recommended them to a neighbour who is interested in getting a similar setup.

EE Renewables recommended to me by a neighbour who used them. Obtained several quotes, EE came in very competitive. From getting a quote to placing the order there was never any pressure, just good clear helpful information when I asked for it. These guys will talk to you and answer any questions in a very understandable way. After placing the order the installation was swift and efficient, whole job with 12 solar edge panels completed in 2 days. Certification arrived promptly after that. Called to report one of my panels not running as efficiently as the rest, they came out within 2 days and repaired (replaced?) the panel. And I have to say I’m loving the solar installation. I have an Electric vehicle and the savings I’m making are quite incredible. Many thanks to EE renewables, would certainly recommend them!
