**Excellent service for our home battery installation** We had a really positive experience from start to finish. The team was responsive and professional throughout the initial enquiry, quoting process, and scheduling. Everything was clearly explained and well-organized. The installation itself went ahead as planned, with only a couple of minor hiccups—some parts weren’t immediately available, so the engineers had to make quick trips to Screwfix or return to base. This extended the installation to three days, but it was handled smoothly. The engineers were fantastic: polite, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Once everything was up and running, they took the time to walk us through the associated management app, showing us how to monitor and control the system. Their communication and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home battery system.

After our installers went into liquidation Home Energy Group were the only company willing to help us. They have reinstated all the electrical equipment properly installed items that were missing. And ensured that everything is safe. I would make Home Energy Group your go to company. I cannot give them enough praise, excellent doesn’t cover it. I was looking for battery storage to go with a four kilowatt solar array that I have already got installed on my property. I researched the Web for a system that fitted my requirements and home energy group came up with twin lux power squirrel pods and four green linx 3.2 battery 12.8 kw in total. The system was delivered on time and the installation team came two days later to install the system exactly as planned. Very competitive price and would highly recommend this system and home energy group done a fantastic job. Can't prase this company enough. Thank you Adrian

I was a bit doubtful at first as so many of these companies are so pushy. But HEG are very easy to deal with, give good advice and the installation went very well, the two electricians did a very neat job and left the house clean and tidy. I heartily recommend this company if you want solar or just a battery system as I did.

Extremely helpful from initial quotes to after care service service

I was looking to expand my existing LuxPower system with additional batteries and, after obtaining numerous quotes, Tracy from HEG stood out by providing a very competitive price along with clear, helpful information. This gave me real confidence in HEG’s experience and expertise. The batteries were installed within a few weeks. About a month later, I encountered an issue and contacted Lorraine in the technical department. She arranged for an engineer to attend promptly, who quickly identified a simple oversight — the battery breaker switch had not been turned back on following a power cut. Over the Christmas break, I noticed the breaker began tripping repeatedly and was later found to be faulty. Lorraine and Tracy kept me well informed after the holidays and arranged for the engineer, Bailey, to return and replace the breaker. Since then, everything has been working perfectly. The team’s responsiveness and excellent aftercare have given me complete confidence that I made the right choice in choosing HEG.

A previous company botched fitted a VP panels and Battery Inverter system, then went into Liquidation, before issuing any completion paperwork. Home Energy Group Ltd are the only company who willingly rectified all the previous installation ensuring everything was correct , safe and issued all the paperwork required. Again I reiterated Home Energy Group Ltd will always be the first company I will go too. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM .

HEG do what they say

Called quite a few companies re installing a battery storage system in my home. Most were quite pushy, and some gave suprious information, infact some hadn't a clue what they were talking about. When I called HEG, I was given some good easy to understand helpful information, they asked me some questions and advised on a battery system. They gave me a quite reasonable quotation for a battery system to suit my needs. I checked the battery manufacture the installer online. They answer the phone promptly and always helpful. I agreed a system, and a price and the two electricians that installed the system have done a good job, they left the house clean and explained the system before they left.
