Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, appointment sorted fast to review our house. They are a small company but have exceptional customer service with Stu in the office keeping us informed on the progress, all the way to Etienne. Very transparent and honest, a real Yorkshire company. From an industry point of view, it seems a real minefield in the amount of brands and configurations available on the market with inverters/batteries but they showed us what would be best for our house and to future proof our system. Install day was a breeze, arrived early and did an outstanding job given the extreme hot weather making conditions really tough. You can just tell when people take real pride in their work. I can’t help but feel smug when other tradespeople on our housing estate have commented what a neat tidy install with conduit running behind fall pipe and the scaffolders with the nest protection. Well done Rhys and team, must be an outstanding job, as I have found not many tradespeople to openly praise other trade-people’s work over the years. Josh was brilliant in showing me the app with commissioning the system. Really noticed a small point, under no direction from me or my wife in laying towels out to make sure no mess goes on the carpet when access loft hatch and neatly folding up after accessing loft. Nice touch. Really happy we decided to have gone with this company rather than other large ‘nationwide’ companies, where it’s luck of the draw on the actual installer in your location and customer service is pot luck.

Fantastic service, have done exactly what we expected to very high standard. We had solar panels and battery storage fitted. Rhys and the young lad who came to our place in Cambridgeshire were fantastic, hard working, thorough, friendly and very helpful. Team renewables came highly recommended having fitted similar for my in-laws in Nottinghamshire and I have no hesitation to pass on the recommendation, wherever in UK you are located. We just need to sort out how to optimise the system for car charging / supplying to grid so will be on the phone to the helpful Team Renewables support team

Team Renewables fitted solar panels to my home 3 1/2 years ago and given their outstanding service, advice, installation and after sales support there was nowhere else I was going for my home battery. Everyone who works for them is a technical specialist, not a sales guy on commission so they know exactly what the best product is and are always on top of the market developments and real life performance of the products they sell. Don’t go for that Octopus quote, get a professional round and get more bang for your buck! Thanks guys!

We recently moved into our new-build home with Solar panels, Heat Pump and EV charger .... but no Battery Storage! Team Renewables had installed the solar system for the builders so we contacted Etienne and he proposed a battery configuration to suit our needs based on Huawei batteries as our system already included a Huawei inverter. However, before we placed the order, Huawei announced they were withdrawing from the UK market and closed their Huawei distribution centre! Etienne investigated alternative suppliers of Huawei kit but this involved buying from Ireland which increased the cost and an uncertain warranty! Etienne then introduced us to Sigen products and proposed a solution which, although required the removal of the Huawei inverter, the Sigen system was slightly cheaper and gave us an extra 20% battery storage capacity, so a win-win! We placed the order and, 2 weeks later, the kit arrived. The following day, Rhys turned up and installed the Sigen batteries and inverter neatly in the garage. We downloaded the Sigen app and we are now in full control of our energy usage! Thanks Etienne, Rhys and Team Renewable Steve.

Found Etienne very open about the likely benefits and cost return of installing Solar panels and batteries. Attention to installation requirements - all-black panels and hidden cabling spot on. Installation itself carried out to extremely high standard by Rhys and his team. Excellent follow-on support with management of the system provided by Stuart who is readily available on e-mail and by 'phone.
