The technical and commercial proposals were comprehensive and assisted in helping to determine the best system to meet our requirements. Sajeev's professional, experienced and very helpful guidance ensured that the work undertaken on site was completed efficiently and completed the required standards. The on-site team were friendly and respectful and worked diligently, with the final installation being very neat. The testing, commissioning and certification were completed on time; and the detailed handover documentation delivered personally by Sajeev. From my initial contact through to receipt of certification, the service provided by Newlyn Engineering has been fantastic. Following my initial enquiry, Sajeev arranged a date to survey my home and discuss options with us, he then produced a technical proposal complete with solar panel roof arrangement, energy predictions and commercial proposal from which we were able to calculate the anticipated pay back period. Sajeev, was able to recommend equipment manufacturers based upon his experience and knowledge, that were reputable, reliable and met our budget. Once we placed the order, Sajeev gained approval from our Utility provider for the installation and provided us with a delivery date for the equipment and an installation date for the scaffolding and solar system. All went like clockwork and the various trades arrived as promised. Newlyn Engineering’s installers were friendly, professional and tidy and the Installation was swift and looks very neat. All packaging and rubbish was removed at the end of each day. Within days of the installation, I was furnished with a handover package containing the operation instructions, various installation certificates, building regulation certificate and warranties. The system has been faultless to date and has exceeded the predictions thus far. I cannot recommend Newlyn Engineering enough.
