I wouldn't normally take the time the leave someone a bad review unless they really rattled my cage and on this occasion I am so mad with this company. On 29th October I contacted Paul who came to see me 2 days later on the Saturday - great service so far! Since then I have called and texted on four occasions, each being told that he would get my quote over to me with various delays being the reason for me having to chase him. Now, 6 weeks after first contacting him I have to go back to the drawing board with similar companies who are all too busy to see me this side of Christmas. Had I have know my time was going to be wasted in the manner, I would have contacted other companies week ago. The job was in the region of £12k to £15k so god help anyone who needs anything smaller. You just cannot run a business in this manner!!!
