We had the misfortune of having this company enter our home just weeks after we moved in we asked the contractors NOT to move anything as we had just moved in and everything was still boxed . Ask and we will get it moved but they choose to ignore this and treat our u decorated home like a YTS training scheme for clowns . This is a company that allows contractors that they send to your home to damage your possessions and to physically break a bed frame and chip and damage the paintwork. And then joke about it when you tell them . They then expect you to sleep on the broken bed that is now held to get her with extra long screws that were forced into the frame by their contractor and now protrude out the sides and you have to hope movement does not make it collapse . They have spent 2 and a half months now avoiding paying for the damage frame and giving excuses for delays , This is not a struggling business because it turns out the owners of livgreen ,Livgreen futures ltd also run ,own Ventro ltd, Firntec holdings Ltd , Aquilam Froup Ltd . I bet none of the above directors/owners have to sleep on a broken bed frame hoping that it does not give way or accept a company sending people into their homes breaking their possesions . This individual not only broke our bed ,he stripped all our bedding off of it then trampled all over the bedding and dragged a previously extremely clean mattress across a floor to block the entrance to our bedroom to try and keep us out of our bedroom trying to conceal what he had done . We have spoke with the site mangers and the so called consultants at the company and even sent an email to the owners/ directors of Livgreen Ltd Ross Darren Melvin Harvey Dale Melvin Thomas Howard Melvin Carsten Scott Herbert No one should have to continuously chase a company for payment the way we have been made to . This quality of work is dismal and the contractors they’re have behaved like disrespectful petulant children . Useless from what I have so far experienced. Make appointments and then don't bother to turn up .When you call them multiple times because the promised return phone call never happens they then claim everyone is in a meeting . Recommend them ? No I certainly won't quality of work if it ever happens will give an update on how professional that part is

Really suprised and happy with younnis and his team at livgreen! Very good work done and cleaning up after themselves (bonus). He also does all the foot work and chasing bits up, to take the stress off. Very on the ball and friendly team. They also help local businesses by giving them work while they are working local. Great customer service. Wish they could take up all works from social housing. I highly recommend. Be a shame when theyve gone as theyve become part of the community while here. The team that came to install my solar panels were as great bunch , they worked on the hottest day of June 2025 , burning their hands on the panels and with sweat dripping off their t-shirts but not one complaint was heard. Super team, a credit to your company.

Please for your own sanity AVOID THIS COMPANY my landlord instructed them to fit new radiators, aid source heat pump and solar panels, liv green advised the work would take 2 weeks 3 at a maximum. I'm 10 months into the work, its not completed my landlords had to drop them and find another company, for weeks at a time id get no responses from them! My air source heat pump isnt secure my roof has been broken since April and the incorrect casing had been used! Weather your in an individual planning to use them or a landlord please i assure you no matter how cheap they are it isnt worth it! My house has been damaged inside and out im utterly heartbroken, you will end up needing another company out to fix the work which will cost alot more! Seems how i cannot reply to your response i have editited my review, you are not working closely with my landlord after months of me begging you to get home home right after the work and many many ignored calls my landlord has told me they will do the work and repair all the mistakes, I wont be emailing in to discuss this further you have been aware how unhappy I have been since April and not once has anything been done. You've left me with a damaged roof, damaged carpets, missed income from days off waiting for people to show and then not. If you were concerned and eager to ensure a happy customer you would of handled my complaints at the time and not try to resolve the issue after being dropped from the work and when I leave a public review for future customers to see.

AVOID this company. Awful retrofit works. After taking months and months to complete the works still aren't signed off, lies upon lies, not turning up, no communication, no parts for the job causing massive delays, parts that could be purchased off the shelf but subcontractors made to wait weeks for them, and now faults occurring just months after the works were completed due to shocking workmanship. 9 months and still no solar paperwork. Inverter fitted in the wrong place so had to be moved, cables not secured, missing lagging, heating coming on even though it's switched off, hot water over heating, to many issues to list. Never have I come across such incompetence
