We have just had our cavity wall insulation replaced by Arrow Energy Solutions. There provided a fast, informative and no pressure quote, which we felt was good value. Sean and his team made two visits. They took about a day to remove the old insulation, then asked me to inspect the inside of the walls and all the work they had done to make sure I was happy. They refilled the walls in a couple of hours on another day and again asked me to inspect the work. They were a very likeable and friendly team and cleaned up well on both occasions.

I thought about it and looked around for a while but decided on Arrow Energy Solutions to install my Solar panels and Battery. From the moment i contacted them i was made to feel like part of the family f The sales process wasn't pushy it was made clear that they only sell quality products and they wanted us to be happy. The installers were very friendy and hard working,they kept us informed all through the process. We had 14 panels and a battery installed. Best thing ever. We were so impressed with this company we went ahead and had the walls insulated by them, with the same professional experience.

This company is fantastic. I contacted them by email because I wanted to get some advice and a quote for cavity wall insulation extraction. Andrew responded promptly and his advice was very comprehensive. They came out to do a site survey to provide the quote, were on time and the surveyor Matthew was extremely knowledgeable. We have a detached 1950’s bungalow that was always cold. Arrow were very thorough and helpful in explaining what they could do to help. Arrow have been totally professional from start to finish of the process. Scott provided an in-depth and clearly understood, value for money quote. He arranged a timescale to fit in with our availability. The scaffolders were quick to install making a safe and tidy installation and have advised the date of removal too. Rob the electrician was friendly and professional working in a clean and tidy manner showing respect to our home at all times. All components are of high quality and installed in a neat and tidy manner very pleasing to the eye.The Solar panel fitting team also carried out the installation in good time and in a tidy manner. Both Scott and Rob have supported us with the workings of the apps and advice for the future tariff choice which will provide us with the best returns from the grid payments. All in all an excellent service which I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Nice people doing a good job

Really nice people who did a really good job - no complaints. We even had an issue where our neighbours were away for a few weeks and only found out on the day. The Arrow guys did 3 of our 4 walls and agreed to come back when the neighbours returned, and didn’t charge extra. They were nice, attentive, and left the area clean. Would use again :)

David came to my house to look at cavity wall insulation, he advised I needed to install a PMEV instead of cavity wall to deal with mould. He was ever so helpful and has saved me a lot of money by being truthful and not trying the hard sell like others. If I were to do cavity wall in the future I’d use these guys as they seem super switched on. Thank you.

From start to finish all ran smoothly. The surveyor Matthew arrived on time and was both professional and courteous, as were the office staff in organising the works to be carried out. Both Gavin and Charlie who did the cavity wall extraction worked extremely hard and carried out the works to a high standard. All in all a job well done. Would definitely recommend.
