Please do not use this company, we rent from the housing association and had a tantalising offer of Q robot technology (basically they spray insulation foam under your floorboards) we accepted. Someone came and took pictures of every single room in the house and said we were a candidate to have it done. Then someone turned up and did very shoddy work putting airbricks in. They put 4 of these in and then planed the bottom every single door in house down as soon as this was done there was (and still is to this day) cold air being circulated from outside around each room of the house. It is significantly colder. We were not informed this would be part of the process (we would not have agreed to it had we known) concept heating told us we can't put draught excluders down and if we replace our doors they have to be planed down or we risk damp /mould issues from the stuff they spray!!! We were reassured it would be warmed once the work was completed. Then when they came to do the work or spraying and they made such a mess. They left rubble under the carpet and underlay and the foam expanded out in places above the floorboard making it uncomfortable and lumpy underneath. I know from word of mouth in our local area we are not the only ones who had the same problems. Response : the picture with orange circles shows the foam that expanded through the floorboards after being evened out just before laminate flooring was put down. I am kicking myself that we did not take pictures beforehand to show where the foam had come through and was uneven on the top in the living room and entrance way. This actual photo my partner took to show me how badly concept had put the floorboards back and not to show where the foam had expanded through. There were actually several places where the foam had expanded through. This company is lying and has the audacity to suggest we are lying!!! From our experience I would not recommend taking advantage of the government grant to have this foam installed. Listen to the 6% of people who are raising genuine complaints!! Also they wrote that a site person will reach out to rectify the shoddy work they did. My review was posted 2 months ago noone has reached out regarding fixing the issues shown in the photos. Also we had also reached out to them privately several times before I wrote that review and was told they would send someone out to sort the issues ... But they never did. Read their response to my review. They even put 'bad experience' in quotation marks. Unprofessional and ungenuine response from a terrible company.

Engineers the electrician and the builder blended seamlessly into the project to produce a wonderful and professionally finished job. Tracy and Jimmy kept me informed about the stages and coordinated the phases. Thank to all at Concept. 100% workmanship.

Communication was fantastic from the start, Nichola was brilliant at relaying information to us about the whole process. The lads who completed the job were fantastic, polite and super clean and tidy. Any problems that occurred were solved within minutes. 100% impressed with the service and staff.

Worked with concept providing retrofit assessments on a large social housing project recently and can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had and all credit to the professionalism from everyone at concept it was a pleasure and I look forward to assisting on future projects.

Everything was done brillant had a lot of problems with the new air source pump and couldn’t fault concept heating they was absoulty brillant especially ally she was amazing and had so much patience and understanding she made the process so much easier for me and kept me updated
