Friendly staff. Unfortunately, while installing a smart meter for my solar panels (rented accommodation so I had no say in who carried out the work) the broke both the catch for the door where my circuit breaker is AND the radio switch that controls when my off peak electricity and central heating come on. Don't bother. They'll just break all your stuff.
