FG22FHU Transit A47 eastbound Eye roundabout approx 8am today. If you hire single cell organisms to drive your liveried vans it may well be worth considering removing the livery to save face. Brainless must get in front of a lorry attitude overtaking on a roundabout going straight along A47E from a clearly signed and painted right turn only lane. Surprise surprise, the driver ended up going 30mph behind more congested morning traffic after forcing me to a near stop. Life pro tip for the amoeba that found their driving licence in a packet of walkers: if a large vehicle is slow to move off from a roundabout, chances are its heavier than the nuts of steel you think you have pulling stunts like that and, if it wasn't a case of road bravado, then it's time for a trip to Specsavers because there's no excuse for mistaking the abundance of signage and road paint leading up to the roundabout.
In response to your reply. Yes you have worked hard to avoid your responsibility. CEDR arbitration is as flawed as your company and CIGA are. Anyone thinking of arbitration then don't it's a trap. Seek an alternative (you still have consumer rights) Absolute Solar are an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. If you are looking to use this company then from my personal experience I would suggest you look elsewhere. Why risk it. There are much better out there who have higher ratings. Unlike Absolute Solar who score is "BAD". They are supposedly backed up the IAA guarantee don't be fooled it's a sham. The IAA and CIGA are an industry funded organisations who share the same office. I can assure you that this company and the IAA/CIGA work closely together to reject any claim you may have against the company. This has been my experience. Below is a transcript of a debate held in parliament. Do read it as it will give you a real insight into what to expect when you will need to raise a dispute against ABSOLUTE SOLAR. If are in the position don't go to arbitration that's leading you down a blind alley. Seek legal advice. Many people are then told to fall back on the guarantees issued through the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency—or CIGA, as many people refer to it. For the majority of people I have spoken to, CIGA often represents the biggest brick wall of them all, because what that industry-funded body appears to provide in far too many cases is protection in name only. I am sure that Members across the House have been approached by constituents who have sought an assessment from CIGA, only to be presented with various get-out clauses that prevent any kind of redress payment from being issued". "Then people are pointed to alternative dispute resolution, or independent arbitration. Several constituents have expressed significant concerns about how independent that process is, and many are reluctant to go down that lengthy route as, once a decision is made, it is legally binding and cannot be challenged, apart from in the High Court. The process is also expensive. It costs £130, and the complainant must pay for an independent surveyor’s report, so costs can stack up to £500. It can become, in essence, a one-way ticket to nowhere".
Fantastic service from start to finish. Looked at a number of firms but Absolute were our choice. Quality branded equipment, SOLIS, Q-Cell, Pylontech etc. Great support and really quick install. With the increasing energy bills you should certainly consider renewables.
I have recently had Solar Panels and Storage Battery installed by Absolute Solar Ltd and I take great pleasure to say that it was a totally painless, pleasant and professional experience. The scaffolding was erected on the agreed date. The roofer (Connor) arrived on the agreed date and time and the Solar Panel installation on the roof was faultless. Very pleasant, courteous and professional young man. The Electrician and his Apprentice (Both named Morgan) were punctual, very pleasant, courteous and professional in their installation. I was extremely impressed with the professional level of service. I would recommend this company 100%
Probably a top company, but whoever drives the van with the reg ending in FUW, you should have your licence taken away from you. tailgating another van less than half a cars width away up the M1, doing over 70mph, weaving behind them, strandling multiple lanes at times. Disgusting behaviour. Surprised there wasn't an accident today. [UPDATE] Rating changed due to the Company's response to standards presented by the driver on this occassion. I appreciate that they would act on things like this.
