I contacted this gentleman thinking his phone number was at Preston (no fool like an old fool) tuerns out he is based in Huddersfield. My sytem had gone down and my installer had moved to somewhere in Cumbria so i was up a creek without a paddle. After trying unsuccessfully to sort it out over the phone he passed me on to someone local. However when they didn't call, and not having contact details i contacted him again, and with a stroke of genius he guided me through restarting my system and suddenly everything was working again. This gentleman earned his five stars, working remotely, guiding an idiot, and somehow from skill, good judgement or pure luck he found the answer, and saved me about £25 a week in electricity charges. I am truly thankful to the way he didn't turn away, but tried to help even though i wasn't his customer.

Incredible service.I had a super specific design for how i wanted my install to go and it was all done better than i could have asked for and really quick too. Super professional and clean, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Jed and the team at Penta Renewables Everything was explained in detail beforehand with a proposal of what I could expect to generate and the best solution for my requirements was designed. An Installation date was agreed and everything was completed to a very high standard. Everyone involved, from the scaffolders to the fitters took care and were respectful of my property. I am delighted with my system and what it has produced. Only wish I’d got one installed sooner after years of debating. If you are considering solar and/or a battery then I would highly recommend Penta Renewables.

Professional job from design through installation and on to commissioning. Good specification kit with excellent warranties and performance. Clear, straightforward and responsive communication about progress with no detail or question left unanswered. Friendly , punctual and courteous service throughout the project. Comprehensive documentation and handover pack was supplied as the system was commissioned. Overall we are very happy with the quality of PENTA’s work and look forward to big future savings on our electricity bills.
