I used CB in 2019 having two heating systems fitted to our Warehouses. They were very informative with the quote/options and timely with the installation -which was very high quality. I called today (2 years later) with a question about the installation for my insurers and the service I received was first class - Darren called me back with all the information with an hour - I’m totally impressed and will definitely be recommending and using them for further projects.

We called them out of hours as we had smoke coming out of our cooker electrical socket. I left a message on the out of hours voicemail and had a call back within a few minutes. The guy came out within about half an hour and fixed the problem. He was a really nice guy and saved our roast dinner.

Chris provided excellent advice in solving the problem of getting a cooker power cable to my kitchen in a difficult situation. I was able to arrange a quick appointment to do the work. Jonnie and Ashley arrived on time and were extremely polite and explained what was requiired. They worked very hard to solve a tricky situation but did so effortless with good humour. They were very knowledgeable and completed a brilliant job within the day and spent time to tidy up any mess made.Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris Bartholomew and am so very pleased to have found a dependable local electrician. Thanks.

Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of my landlord contracting them for three jobs. Replacement of a storage heater , wrong heater installed, then replaced. Replacement of a dimmer switch, wrong model installed. Replacement of a cooker hood /extractor, not working. Contracts manager unable to grasp basic physics but happy to patronise client.

I rang on a Sunday and spoke to Chris himself, I believe. He was immensely helpful and solved my problem over the phone, great service,very friendly and helpful.
