The day after an electrical test by Switched On I discovered they had left my freezer unplugged and all my food had defrosted. I spoke to the director, Ross Moors and sent him pictures but he refused to compensate me the £97 in food I lost stating it was my responsibility to make sure their electricians have plugged everything back in after they've left. This company was previously called 'Bright Sparks' and went bankrupt before reopening as 'Switched On'.
