The product is excellent and the service received from Stuart first class. We have 24 solar panels with battery storage and the whole system was installed in one day by an efficient, friendly team. I highly recommend SM Electrical Services Ltd. I dealt with Stuart to install solar panels and a battery in September 2025 following getting three quotes and doing loads of research for the best panels and battery. He visited on site to discuss the requirement and I received a very competitive quote and an answer to all my questions. Everyone involved in the install were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My solar panels are generating well and the app is showing me that I am 100% self sufficient and have received my first quarterly payment from my export tariff. Next is underfloor heating and I will be calling Stuart.

I worked with Stuart from SW Electrical for my solar installation, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They came out to do a proper, professional survey, and after getting quotes from three different companies, SW Electrical were the ones that made me feel I was in safe hands. They calculated exactly what my home would need, installed 18 panels, one inverter, and two 5kW batteries, and kept me updated every step of the way. Friendly, reliable, and genuinely professional from start to finish. The team left the place clean and tidy, and the whole experience was smooth from the first visit to the final handover.
