Pure are a great company - from initial contact, through project specification, then installation of a gshp, to annual servicing. Five years on and I remain a very happy customer and am always happy to recommend their services to others. Oh... and the house has been warm for 5 years - pure genius.

Over the last few years Pure Renewables have installed an ASHP, solar panels and most recently a battery. We’re also signed up for an annual servicing plan. Great to have everything in one place and with such an experienced supplier. Would happily recommend them.

Keeps sending me invoices and final reminders for work they didn't do!! I only got a quick quote, but I didn't proceed. A year later they keep sending me demands for payment!! I have emailed and called but no success (they told me to email). Madness.

Chris and his team did an excellent job of fitting our new Stiebel Eltron Air Source Heat Pump in our new home. The guys were charming, efficient and tidy workers and completed the job with minimal disruption. It's our second heat pump installation by Pure Renwables who had previously fitted a ground source heat pump in our previous home 10 years ago. Repeat business is the best flattery I can give. These guys are undoubtedly the best. 5* +++

not sure if residential arm is still trading, tried to book annual service (having paid for a S/O for the last year). phone line says not manned due to reorganisation and to email, so I emailed and it was an automated messaged saying I have left the company).. not very good. and no way to contact, but they keep taking the money for a service contract.

They keep invoicing me for work that didn't happen! I only got a quick quote - no work was done and nobody came to my property. Why are you sending me invoices and threats of legal action?! I tried contacting them but it didn't help. Madness.

Everything was made easy from the initial quote to the final commissioning. Project managed by Connor the quality of the installation is excellent. I would definitely recommend Pure Renewables.
