We've just had a solar and battery system installed by James' team. A great experience from start to finish. The installers were professional and did a very neat wiring job with all waste removed. James commissioned the system for us and configured it for optimum use with our energy supplier. Highly recommend them.

We had an 8.29kWh PV system with 16.29kWh of Fox Cube battery storage installed by Fusion Solar earlier this year. While they weren’t the cheapest option, we chose them because they took the time to visit us, discuss our specific needs, and talk through all the available options. That personal approach really stood out. The installation itself was delayed slightly due to weather, but once underway, the work was completed to a very high standard. The installation team were professional, considerate, and worked with us to ensure the disruption was minimal and that the finished result – especially the cabling – was neat and unobtrusive. We also had a Fox EV charger installed as part of the project. Unfortunately, this has been the only disappointment. Despite Fusion Solar's continued efforts to liaise with Fox and support us, the charger feels unfinished – the app and features are clearly still in development and it’s not currently fit for purpose. Fusion Solar have offered to replace the unit with a different brand if we pay the difference, which I appreciate, but I’m reluctant to spend more money. Overall, I’d rate Fusion Solar’s service 4.5 out of 5 (Google won't allow half stars). If it weren’t for the EV charger issue (which is more down to the manufacturer), this would easily be a 5-star review. I’d happily recommend Fusion Solar for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

I have nothing but praise for James and his team at Fusion Solar. I was immediately impressed at the pre-sales visit where James talked me through the various options of systems that were suitable for my home, and worked out how and where they could be installed. He gave me a number of options and alternatives using different brands of equipment and I'm very pleased with the setup that we eventually agreed upon. The installation went smoothly and James' team were great. There was a small hardware issue post-installation and I only mention it in order to point out that the support from James and the team has been great in getting it resolved quickly and satisfactorily. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Fusion Solar.

Recently had solar and battery installation done by the fusion solar team. EVERY aspect of the installation from quote to aftersales was excellent and I don't use that word lightly. James and his team were absolutely committed to providing a first class service providing me with what I wanted including some excellent advise on what I didn't know I wanted until after installation when I realised it was exactly what I needed. I thoroughly recommend James and his team for their all round commitment to quality and customer service and have recommended to my friends and family who have placed orders. If you are after a quality product installed by someone who knows exactly what they are doing then I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you James and team

Had battery storage added to my solar panel system today. Have now got a SigEnergy system with AI charging management. The workmanship was excellent and conscientious. I was impressed, and grateful for, the thorough testing before they left the site.

We are now proudly NetZero carbon producers and have the added benefit of greatly reduced energy bills. Thoroughly professional advice and installation, with great customer service. We have just had a solar and battery system fitted by Fusion-Solar. From the very beginning James was very knowledgeable and honest about the different systems available. There were no high pressure sales tactics just an honest conversation. We are very happy with the system (Sigen AI) we chose and the installation was expertly done with very neat wiring and all packaging and rubbish removed. The installers were considerate and polite. James configured our system to optomise our energy suppliers tariff timetable and the AI self learning element, seems to be improving the more it learns. The app is great for monitoring the performance. I highly recommend James and Fusion-Solar a very high quality service from start to finish.
