Had an air source heat pump fitted. Installers were incredible. They were very diligent and made the additional plumbing look like a work of art. Kept the mess to a minimum and always cleaned up after each day. Very friendly and were nice enough to move the heat bump to a safer area after it was initially installed. I would highly recommend Net-Eco to anyone looking for a ground/air heat source pump or solar panels. Great job.

I asked Net Eco to look at why my system was not delivering hot water to my property. The system is quite complex and as a new homeowner I had little to offer as guidance in what was connected to which part of the property and how the component part were meant to function. Joe, Net Eco employee was super helpful in taking charge of this and running with it. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable in tracking down parts, installing what was needed, identifying many faults from elderly equipment and replacing what needed to be replaced. He did not give up until the job was complete. I recommend him and Net Eco very highly for their professionalism and courtesy

I can't rate Net-Eco highly enough, a very professional experience from start to finish. A professional quote with no pushy sales, Lewis offered good advice of inverters and batteries and we agreed the best solution for my needs. Great order process experience in a short time period. Scaffold up the day before install, and removed the day after completion. The 4 man team onsite very professional, tidy and respectful of the property. Cables routed in a agreed tidy manner. Full explanation of operation before they left. Ideal completion in November to hit two good sunlight days to generate 30kw. Unlike others I experienced with inflated prices and one time only deals on the doorstep that were still not a deal. You will not find better, give them a call.

Very rarely send reviews but feel I have to here. Net Eco were just brilliant from start to finish. From when I first contacted Lewis and discussed the requirements with him, then Saskia in the operations was excellent at answering all my queries and helping me along. To the installers who were first class. They came on time, did an amazing job. The 2 guys who fitted the panels on the roof were spot on, very tidy job and the the guys that connected the equipment up were not only friendly, professional but the job they did was spotless, really tidy and explained everything with me really well. I asked for a couple of changes along they way and they accommodated these with no issues. I was looking at solar for a few years and waited to find the right time and glad I did. I have no hesitation at all in recommending these guys and after only one day I can see I am making savings. Thank you for everything you have done.

Net-Eco - very professional, great installation

Net-Eco were recommended to us by a good friend. Bradley and his team delivered on the promise! Bradley spent a couple of site visits, with me, discussing various options until settled on a solution that works for us. The installation team were courteous and professional and ensured I understood how the system worked upon commisioning. In parallel, Saskia and the team progressed the relevant details with the electricity company so that I can receive SEG payment (although it hasn't been sunny enough yet - lol!) I had received a software update that prevented the battery charging overnight - Bradley worked with Foxess until this issue was resolved.

Great Team, Great Work

From the first call, to site visit, to the installation and the after install questions, the whole team provided a professional service. They were flexible on choice of EV charger install and location of the Givenergy battery. There were a number of issues during the installation, but with short conversations these were all resolved. The installers were tidy and polite and did a great job.

Net Eco gave very sound advice (Brad was great). The installation team were so helpful and efficient. There was no delay in installing the system and the men worked hard (special shout for Ben). Brad came round after the system was in to explain it further and help us use the app. Would definitely recommend.

N-E Chippenham

From the start N-E Chippenham, have been excellent. From the installation, the additional panels a month later and today with some trouble shooting of a TPW3 they have answered calls and emails with efficiency and speed. The benefit of having a local supplier cannot be under estimated. 5 stars, keep it up 👍
