Sarah did a very thorough job of explaining the procedure, guarantees and policies. With a friendly service they were informative and fair. She was good at helping to realise how certain options may play out, with an emphasis on prioritising what I(the customer) wants. I’m excited to continue on and have 5 windows and a double patio door installed. Would recommend for anyone curious about improving their home. The survey engineer was also very friendly and efficient. Some fantastic personalities 🙏

He helped us fix the window efficiently and made everything much easier. We really appreciate his professionalism and support. Highly recommended! Cheapest one in whole edinburgh as well.
