Thanks so much for our new heating system. The Air source and solar have saved us so much money and the house is so much Warmer. Loving the heating controls and the app that we can use when away to make sure we can control the temperature. Process has been easy, the installation team were fantastic and have done a great job . After the initial review and eligibility checks the work was done, and it was much less hassle than I thought. Great team, very thorough. Alex was my go to, and she was absolute gold -still is with after care- with all the installation process. Can’t recommend enough.

Well where to start. First stage was the loft insulation. Not too bad but no air vents put in the loft so when I looked up their the whole roof membrain was covered in water. Extra cost of £100 to have them fitted. Secpund stage was the internal wall insulation. Gosh what a mess. Two of the walls are not fully fixed to existing walls and are not level. The radiators where not refitted at the coldest part of December 2025. Had to do them myself. No skerting boards were refitted. Had to do them myself. Electric sockets were just extended with just one 2.5 cable existing point from the ring mains on each one. Not happy about that. Over a 8 yard skip of rubbish left on site. Had to get a skip and was told I would get the money back for it but as of yet . No joy. Now on to the plumbing which went relatively OK apart from no stud work was but in the new internal walls to hang the new triple radiators too. Had to get legs for them but one was really bad and I had to get a mdf board to screw to the wall so the radiator would stay attached upright. Not ideal really. Air source heat pump didn't work when installed. Went 6 days in all with no heating or hot water. Had to go to b and q and buy some portable heaters. Not really fair to be honest. Another £75 Finally got the heating going with a new pump. Guy who fitted it was great. No paper work left on site for all the work done nore any booklets for the system and controls. So don't really know how to adjust anything. Have asked for these twice now. Scuffolders we're a night mare. Left it up for neally 3 weeks after work completed and held up other work on the house. No one seemed to gave a dam. Had the works inspection and their is a few things that need to be put right but no contact since. The biggest one is the upstairs bathroom fan go's straight into the loft. It should be attached to a outlet vent tiile which has not been fitted. It was ordered weeks ago. Cables on the solar panel run along the outside roof tiles and then over the pitch which I asked and said I didn't want any cables showing so please put them in the roof and across inside so they are not on show. The biggest problem I have is communication. Hardly anyone answered emails and no one answering the main phone number. Someone does answer the lincon branch [Sub contractor ] buy never calls back when they say they are going too. In all very disappointed with everything but hopefully I get all the paper work and booklets soon .

If I could give, they'd have 6 stars 🌟. The team have recently installed a full heat pump system with new radiators, solar panels, loft insulation and new vents. The GRM instalation team were amazing, I wasn't the easiest customer with 8 dogs it was a bit like playing a sliding jigsaw for a few days but the guys were friendly, considerate and did a really good job of everything, high quality insulation and worked around the small house installing an insulated shed outside for my water cylinder. Couldn't recommend enough.

we have just had this company install a heat source pump and solar panels they have ruined 2 of my carpets and on contacting them they did not answer the phone and was not replying to emails i sent them pictures of the damage they then replied this morning and tried to say they spoke to a family member and that person had said carpet protection was not required as we have 4 dogs well both of them statements are a lie cause we have 3 and only 1 is in the area that they was working and i know 100% they was not told carpet protection was not required they seem like a company of cowboys would never have dealing with them again and dont use aquatec plumbing and heating cause they bullshit

This company has ruined my home they have lied and now left my home in a state of damage and destruction The flooring is ruined, the rooms are full of plaster as well as the appliances, the electrical fixtures have been damaged and now don’t have heating in my home pics show the damage , I have been told not to turn the central heating on in case of a fire hazard, contacted them and now a week later haven’t replied to my concerns, I’m disabled and now over Xmas cannot live in my own home due to industrial waste left for me to clear , the garden is a bomb site and all the rooms have rubbish left on the floor , the appliances that I said they can use have been damaged with most having to be thrown but on contact with the contractors they lied saying all waste would be collected but now have blocked my calls. The company was made known of these problems and was to contact me last week but have chosen to ignore my calls , this is the worse company I have ever known they should be stuck off from offering energy services, the legal side will start in the new year, unfortunately I have to stay with friends until this is resolved through the courts as with the pictures you can see the damage they have caused as well as the stress it has coursed me . Avoid at all cost they are cowboys
