A FIRST CLASS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH GENUINE CUSTOMER FOCUS I contacted Adam at AM Electrical regarding a large garden lighting project. From the first contact he provided a very professional response. He visited and provided technical advice on how to approach the project, and presented us with a comprehensive written proposal and estimate. He kept all of his promises, turning up every day promptly and working diligently to complete the project over a couple of weeks. My wife loved the fact that he cleaned up as he moved through the stages. There were unforeseen obstacles during the project that Adam overcame professionally without ‘a sharp intake of breath’ or significant adjustment to the cost estimates. We are thrilled with the results (see photo below): Having had such a positive experience, we also recently retained AM Electrical to replace our dated CCTV and Alarm system. Again, we got precisely what was promised delivered in a very professional fashion. Adam, and his company AM Electrical, have technical capability; a can-do attitude; a professional approach; and a genuine customer focus. I commend them without reservation.
