Tewdric completed my solar and battery installation at the end of October. From start to finish, all staff have been very helpful and answered any questions that I've had. Initially provided a quotation based on details I had given them but followed this up with a site survey to provide quote accuracy and ensure any potential site obstacles were addressed. They were freely available to discuss the quote and discuss any queries that I had. Installation staff were very professional and efficient. They left site clean and tidy each day that were here. Following installation, the installers went through a handover process to make sure I understood the system. All interactions from the initial quote, through to completion have been very professional and I can't fault them.

Tewdric recently installed solar panels, a battery and car charger. They provided a very professional service throughout the process which included a site visit to see the property and answer any questions. They provided a detailed quote making sure that we were fully informed about the installation. All queries were always answered promptly. The workmen were punctual, efficient and polite, and made sure we were happy that we understood how to run the system before they left. All contacts with the company were very positive. I highly recommend this company and would be very happy to deal with them again.

We used Tewdric Energy for an outdoor EV charging point, service was prompt, efficient and reliable. All work was completed and left clean and tidy afterwards, I am really pleased with our charging point, it looks very neat and tidy.

Tewdric installed solar panels, a car charger and GivEnergy inverter and battery for us and we're very satisfied with the result. Tewdric were excellent to deal with at the beginning and instead of just a generic quote they visited us and we talked through the project in a lot of detail including choice of equipment, cable routing, a complicated set up mixing our older solar array (with FiT) with a new set of panels, and so on. The installation was carried out by Oli and Jordan over a couple of days and they did a tidy job and gave us a thorough walk through the kit before they left. I'm very happy to recommend Tewdric Energy.

A personal service with professional and helpful staff at all stages of the process, whether giving us the original recommendations, installers or office staff. Even when there were some issues these were quickly sorted and we received clear feedback about what was going on. We have felt fully supported through the whole process installing solar panels and EV charger and very happy with the equipment we have. Enjoying seeing our bills go down!

Excellent Service & Installation

I chose Givenergy as my equipment supplier and Tewdric are an Advanced installer. Tewdric recommended Aiko pv panels and I was happy with performance/price ratio. Installation was efficient and done in a day, the team were excellent with no mess or intrusion. The Givenergy Inverter and panels delivered the expected generation/distribution as planned, which was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the quality of service delivered by Tewdric. I plan to augment my system and will rely on Tewdric for the installation.

Excellent job

Tewdric installed solar panels, and ev charger and a GivEnergy battery and inverter for us and they did an excellent job. They visited us rather than just send a generic quote which gave us a chance to have a detailed discussion about exactly what equipment would work best, cable routing etc, and also how to integrate our old solar system without affecting our FiT payments. The installation went smoothly over 2.5 days, and the battery means that most days we import very little electricity from the grid. Very satisfied.
