When I had questions, Fletcher couldn't have been more forth coming, answering everything I asked and adapting our installation to our needs and requests. We had received other quotes, yet Fletcher never tried to push any sales. Instead he just provided information and options. Having done lots of research, I went into the process with a reasonable understanding and Fletcher was able to build on this and explain everything with great professionalism and detail. He even came back and went through everything at a time that fit my inflexible schedule so I knew exactly how the system worked and how to get the most out of it. Fletcher and the team at elite solar installed a series of panels with battery storage into my plant room. I cannot be happier. Had Fletcher and his team supply and install 16 solar panels and two batterys to my house last year. From start to finish the job ran like clock work. Scaffolding arrived on time then followed up by fletcher and his team. He stayed late to show me how to use the app and explained everything in great detail. No mess no stress left afterwards. Over the last summer the PV has produced and back fed to the grid so much it’s saved me no end of money and I'm down to a £12 a month direct debit for electricity.
