One always goes into these installs with a certain amount of trepidation; will the install go smoothly, will extra costs suddenly appear? No worries at all with EE Renewables. From the initial survey, email communications, until the actual installation, absolutely brilliant service. Damien, the electrician who undertook the install, was so polite and friendly. He asked what preferences I had, and catered for them brilliantly. Such a neat job. All contact with the bookings and accounts team have been as equally friendly, and I get the impression they really value their customers. Recommend 100%.

EE Renewables were outstanding. They were professional, quick, efficient, courteous and helpful. They put in solar panels for us and then we decided to have a heat pump as well. They have put in an excellent heat pump which is now operating extremely well; and they have an internet connection to our heat pump which is so advanced that if there are any problems that arise they will probably be made aware of them before we find them. We would certainly recommend them.

EE Renewables removed a solar panel to allow for a repair to the roof then replaced it once the work was completed. Also gave the whole system a check over. An excellent experience throughout, clear and prompt communication and Doug who came to carry out the work was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

We used EE Renewables for a solar installation with battery storage and EV charger. From the start they have been friendly and not at all pushy, giving a very good and comprehensive initial quote. Oliver then came and surveyed our house and again was excellent. No up-selling or pushing us at all. He even still came round on a Friday evening despite having been stuck in traffic. We accepted the quote and an installation date was within a week of paying the deposit. However, sadly the team were sick on the day but a new installation date was booked for 2 days later. The installation went smoothly with a very friendly and informative team of 3. Post installation follow up has again been excellent by the electrician, administrators in the office and also a follow up call from Oliver our surveyor. We can't fault them and all at a very competitive price. Thanks you all.

EE installed our solar panels, inverter and battery in October 2024 and we have been very pleased with the system performance. This was purchased as part of Solar Together through our local Council which was very cost effective. Subsequently we have added home storage batteries at a very competitive price and after a couple of teething problems, we are very happy with these also . Throughout, their expertise, customer service, and efficiency have been exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a home energy system.

Repair of non-working solar panel system

I can’t fault the service provided by this company. The problem with my solar panel system was quickly identified and repaired by their engineer, Doug, who was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable about the installation. Highly recommended.

Excellent Solar Panel Experience!

We opted for a solar panel system via the Solar Together scheme, and the installation company was EE Renewables. They provided a flawless service, were easy to communicate with, and a few days after completion we are surprised to be getting a significant amount of power - in November! The surveyor Carl suggested panels on both roof slopes, as our roof is east-west - something I hadn’t thought was economic or available - a good start! The scaffolding went up on both sides of the house - carefully and safely done buy two friendly young men - no names I'm afraid. The installation of the system itself was by Owen and Reece - friendly, helpful and informative, and a tidy and careful job from them both. And finally Bethany in the office - always ready to help and provide information. It's been a pleasure to deal with this group of people, and so refreshing to meet a company that actually cares!
