We recently had some existing aircon units moved within our office and then new unit installed into meeting rooms. The service from the initial survey right through to the completion of the install was first class. I would highly recommend this company if you have aircon needs.

Short lived panic when the gage on my boiler started going up unexpectedly. Call to Thermal Care who I had never used before and they were out so quickly to reassure me. The part required was ordered and boiler fixed the next day. Superb service. Thanks very much.

I paid over £600 for a full service of two solar thermal systems. Within weeks, both tanks developed leaks, despite not having shown any signs of leaking before the service. I already paid for one return visit to fix the first leak, but now I’m being told I need to pay again just for them to inspect the second. No goodwill, no acceptance that the issues may be linked to the work done, just more charges. I was planning to use this company for annual servicing, but the lack of ownership and customer care has been really disappointing. If you expect any kind of follow-up or accountability after work is done, I’d look elsewhere. They also want invoices paid in full before they’ll visit which should have been a red flag.

Back in June 2024 we used Themal Care Scotland to install our Solar Panels. We were very impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness. We were very pleased with their customer service and the end results. In January 2025 after Storm Eowyn, with her 100 m/h winds, had dislodged one of the solar panels, Thermal Care came out immediately we called to fix the problem. We didn't have to wait weeks on their attendance and we were very impressed. They went beyond expectaions when the engineer was able to put the loose roof tiles back in place while we were waiting for the roofer to come and fix them permenantly, thus leaving the house water tight. In May, I think it was, we noticed that we were not exporting anyting to the grid. We called Thermal Care, who came out flicked a switch. We had had a new kitchen installed and the electrician hadn't switch on the Solar System again. Such an embarisment to us, but Thermal Care were very understanding and helpful. I would thouroughly recommend Thermal Care to anyone who wants to install Solar Panels.
