Solgen fitted 15 solar panels plus batteries on our house near Fowey, as part of a major renovation project - we went live in March. The consultation and installation was spread over more than a year because of delays with the building work, which meant a number of site visits but the team were very understanding and always happy to fit in with us. The guys doing the roof installation and the internal set up and connections were professional, courteous and considerate, clean and tidy and did an excellent job. Our main contact was Mark, who went to great lengths to accommodate us - from the initial consultation to the final switch on - and to explain how everything works. The team have also been available to answer questions since the system went live and I am confident that they would be there to assist with any future problems or queries we might have. We are very happy with the system that we have both in terms of the energy it generates and the quality of the equipment. We would recommend Solgen without hesitation.

Two years ago we had solar panels with battery fitted to our residential home in Upton Cross. The installation was flawless and completed by expert staff. Mark Goodman supervised the installation and his aftercare has been faultless. I needed to contact Solgen just this weekend as I needed to connect a new broadband hub to the Fronius inverter. After leaving a message I was pleasantly suprised whjen Mark contacted me and not only talked me through the action I needed to take but sent youtube clips to illustrate what I had to do. My praise for the company has not reduced especially as their after sales care is so good. Based on our experience of the equipment and its operation I cannot reccomend the services of Solgen Commercial highly enough.
