We booked in an initial appointment with save energy UK after they were in our area doing some promotion. We were incredibly impressed with them from the very first point of contact. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful both at the beginning of the process and once carrying out the installation at our home. They took time to explain everything to us and were really careful taking pride in their work. We had our solar installed in December and so far we are really happy with the results we are getting from it.

From start to finish the customer service and work quality was great. I had 16 solar panels installed on my garage roof and a battery and inverter installed in the garage itself. They had to run new cables to the house which was all the way up a long garden and this was done without and hesitation. A special thanks to Adam and Matthew who installed the solar panels. They did such a neat job. They also informed me of some loose roof tiles which they sealed for me. Adam even came back on a separate day with a roofer to cement in some ridge tiles. Once the system was installed and checked, Luke Nippard then spoke to me on the phone to help me set up the system on the app to work most efficiently for me. Overall I am very happy with all aspects of the work and would highly recommend Save Energy UK.

This has been a brilliant relationship and installation from start to finish. Save Energy have installed 20 solar panels, batteries and an EV charger at our property and we are delighted with the outcome. Stuart, Russell and Ashley the panel installers were brilliant, very kind and did a superb job for us. Joe our electrician and James his apprentice were the consummate professionals. Save Energy are a family run business with 20 years experience and it showed in every aspect of our dealing with them. They worked very closely with us to ensure we achieved the outcome we were seeking and they more than met our expectations. We recommend Save Energy without reservation and would certainly use them again.

A breath of fresh air in this industry! I dealt with several solar companies, which were all trying a hard sell, often with products that weren't right for me... until I found Save Energy UK. I got the family and friends feel (which it is) as soon as I stepped into their office. We had a meeting and we were all collaborating to try and build the best system possible and for a very competitive price. If there was a salesman in the room, it didn't really feel like it as it was not pushy and simply informative and helpful. The install: Scaffolding was up Thursday and down the following Wednesday. The two roofers (Adam and Mathew) finished installing 14 panels in a day and did a great job and were very friendly. The electrician (Joe) was also very friendly and did an extremely tidy job of the install in the garage. Angie in the admin team was always at the end of the phone, as was the rest of the team.

Save Energy, have just installed our solar panels and battery. They are the loveliest family run business. They have all their own team of electricians and fitters. The company are very welcoming and professional. A special mention to Luke & George, sales team. Also to Stuart & Harvey & Luke Nippard, also their Boss & manager Steve Randel, all are such a great pleasure to meet & work with, the best company. From one very happy customer.... Thank you.

JUST GREAT!

Let me start by saying there are few large home-improvement projects that go 100% to plan - and this was no exception. However, the reason I lead with this opener is because the best measure of a Company is how they deal with any problems or issues that arise. And Save Energy UK were nothing short of OUTSTANDING! From the first phone call to raise concerns, this company went above, over, under and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. They listened. They cared. They acted. Each and every member of their team is super-efficient and knowledgeable in their own area of expertise and they all add intrinsic value to create a genuinely brilliant company. From exceptionally polite and accommodating roofers, to admin that had my paperwork applied for and sorted in a flash, to a technical manager who helped me chose and set up tariffs and all the other ‘techy-type stuff’ completely out of my skill-set, to a forward-thinking operations manager who resolved any issues with the click of her fingers. They held my hand and walked me through the process at every stage, providing nothing short of first-class customer service, super-competitive pricing, swift and well-coordinated installation, and on-tap after-sales support. And to top it all, the system is INCREDIBLE and speaks for itself - my electricity costs are consistently already only a third of what they were before installation - and that’s during a two month period of perpetual rain and grey skies! Once the sun makes an appearance I’ll be self-sufficient and selling back to the grid, making the investment pay for itself in a couple of years or so. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this Company - great people, great knowledge and support, great system and great savings. In summary: Just outstandingly great!

Good to work with them

Great initial meeting, turn around and quick installation at a good price. I would have given 5star but we have had to have the inverter replaced twice. Not really Save Energy's fault, but they dealt with the issues quickly.

Solar panel installation. The job was booked for today, February 26th.The electrician and installers arrived early. They all worked hard all day. They were polite, unobtrusive and did a good job.
