We used Green Park Power to carry out a solar system installation on our property. We installed solar panels with battery storage and overall I am very happy with the knowledge and professional attitude of the company, especially Olivia was very helpful throughout the entire projects and afterwards. The installation of the system was seamless, and I am very happy with the aftercare as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few minor issues. After the installation of the system I found massive nails left in our garden which was removed from the roof, which is a hazard especially where young children playing, so we would expect more care from the workers during the installation stage of the system. Unfortunately the company they used to install the scaffolding system broke one the front pavement slab and it was not reported. I must mention that Green Park came back immediately and repaired the slab. Another issue we faced that a week after the installation the bathroom and later on one of the bedroom had a leak so we needed to re scaffold the house and run an investigation. I must say that again Green park was very professional and helpful. At the end of the investigation some tiles were cracked due to the installation which got repaired immediately, although the investigation highlighted some further issues with our felt system what we finally got repaired. I am just wondering if this issue should be highlighted before the installation at the assessment stage of the roof system capability so this problem would not occur and could be fixed prior to the installation avoiding unnecessary costs on both parties. Overall as I said I am happy with the company and I would recommend their workmanship to my friends.

Green Park Power installed a system on my home and my parents house and they were brilliant. Olivia and the team came in and advised on three options based on price and what my parents needed, as it was an upgrade on what was already there (added a battery and more solar).The install took about 6 hours, no mess. On my home they were equally as good. The scaffolding team came in and a day or two later the install team took just shy of a day to complete a full solar and battery system. Great company highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with our solar panels, which were installed earlier this year by Green Park Power. The process was far smoother than I ever hoped, the Green Park team were professional, fast, efficient and really nice people to have around. The results surprised us - we have our electricity and gas from the same provider, and we are still in credit, which is great, as I am sure they are going to pay for themselves even faster than I had thought. Green Park Power installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 and 8.1kw Trina solar PV system at my home in Newport, Wales as well as a Tesla Wall Connector car charger for my business. I specifically chose Green Park Power as they were on Tesla’s recommended list as a certified installer in addition to their NAPIT certification and long trading history backed up by solid reviews. From the initial enquiry and in person survey consultation, I felt that they listened to my requirements and provided different options to cater to my use case and budget. At no point were they pushy or ‘salesy’, but genuine and helpful. The payment schedule and contract were transparent and fair. They arranged the scaffolding and supplied all the parts they needed. The communication for start and finish dates was clearly explained and ran to time. Their team respected my property and didn’t leave any waste. I asked dozens of questions, each of which was answered with a smile and really showed the depth of knowledge the Green Park team have between them. Install, commissioning and handover has been professional, responsive and a delight. I received a printed handover pack containing all my warranty info and digital copies of my DNO G99, MCS certificate and NAPIT insurance. My energy company required these certifications and now purchase my excess energy. The system is simple to understand and is all easily managed through the Tesla app. I would thoroughly recommend Green Park Power to anyone looking for a Tesla Powerwall 3 and solar install. I hope to use their services again when the Powerwall expansion packs are launched in the UK. Great for installing solar energy system

After contacting Green Park Power, Huw came to our House to see if it was suitable and to explain the options. We decided on 16 panels, a zappi car charger, 5 kWh battery, inverter, water heater and a pair of backup power sockets for a total cost of £14,790. It took about 3 days to put up the scaffold and another 2 days to install the solar panels, battery, inverter, zappi etc. Green Park Power handled all the official documents such as Building Regulation compliance certificate, MCS certificate, connection to mains electricity etc. This made the installation process essentially painless. The Myenergi system installed is controlled, in my case, by an iPhone app which is great, letting you see the solar energy generated, power in and out of the battery, power used to heat water, power to house, power to car, power exported or imported from the grid. The system has been running for about a year so far with no major problems. So I have no problem recommending Green Park Power.

Brilliant Service

Green Park installed a solar panel / battery system for us in May this year; the service was excellent from the first contact, personal and professional guiding us through the whole process. The actual install was done quickly with minimal fuss, and works brilliantly - the system continues to operate beyond expectations. Would recommend Green Park without hesitation; fantastic service and a fair price, from a local company.

Not just for installation, amazing after service too
