Ross designed and installed our off grid system at our work premises. He proved to be easy to work with, excellent at communicating and good value. The initial installation went well, so well that we decided to increase the system and have had extra panels and inverters installed. Being off grid and running a business, we are heavily reliant on the system. Ross normally beats me in spotting any potential issues and has continued to support us, nearly 3 years after the first phase. Solar panels had recently stopped working. Were installed 11 years ago. Had a call to come and check them from Solar Eco. Gary came and diagnosed the problem as the inverter software needing to be updated. Ryan came the following week and installed the wireless gateway. After a couple of hours the lights came on. We now have working panels and an extended warranty and maintenance cover

From my first browser enquiry and response from Bark with a recommendation to contact Solar Eco UK I have received nothing but kindness and encouragement. The initial visit by Gary was informative and trouble free. Ross then came a few days later to check my system and take me through the procedures. Excellent service. Excellent company to deal with, nothing was a problem from start to finish. Very happy with how neat the system looks including cabling ect. Battery tucked away neatly ( I didn’t want clutter all over ect) Already saving money and when I’m ready I’ll be calling them again to get them back for another battery to save even more money on my bills. I was recommended these guys from a friend who was so impressed he just sang there praises. I’ve Just had a fox system installed with a battery. Thoroughly impressed!! have recommended to all our neighbours who have asked about it. The app which the chap installed onto my phone for me as well gives me peace of mind that every penny has been well spent as I can see exactly what my system is doing. I also love the fact that these are a local company and therefore if I have problems they’ll deal with it swiftly as not a massive corporate company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend solar eco uk to anybody.

Gary has been coming here since 2020 and has always given good advice on battery storage and ways to save money. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him as well as Solar Eco to anyone looking for these technical solutions.

Problem solved

Gary came around to check my system and found it was not working and I told Gary we had somebody check it last week and we had to throw him out as he initially refused to leave. We had a warranty with Solar Eco who Gary works with but he wouldn’t take no for an answer and he turned up. Anyway, we have had work done with Gary for the past 5 yrs or so when he was working at Eco Climatech and now Solar Eco. Gary found the issue straight away. This other company who they didn’t leave his name, number or the company he worked for had turned off my solar system on the fuseboard, so everything stopped working. My thanks to Gary for doing an excellent job as usual and I will not be letting anyone else in in future. Mrs Webber Poole
