I have been dealing with this company for several months now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into a long, drawn-out ordeal filled with broken promises, missed deadlines, and a complete lack of accountability. Communication is inconsistent and vague, with constant delays and shifting explanations. I’ve had to follow up repeatedly just to get the most basic updates. There’s no sense of urgency or responsibility — only excuses. This has caused significant stress and inconvenience, and I’m still left without a proper resolution.
