Reco energy have recently installed solar panels at our home. We are really pleased with the quality of their work, and everyone we met throughout the process was very polite and friendly. They were patient and happy to answer questions, and when we had a problem with one piece of tech from a supplier, they resolved/replaced it quickly. We have had a good experience and would definitely recommend Reco energy.

RECO fitted an air-source heat pump for us - they are professional and explained everything carefully throughout this journey. They have since provided excellent and very punctual follow-up support. Brilliant service, friendly and helpful, we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Such dedicated attention to detail and always checking on us and that we are happy with progress. We now have a fantastic Air Sourced Heat Pump system for a VERY large house and several months on we're very happy!

Edited a couple of months later. They installed our heat pump. Very intelligent knowledgeable people who clearly are sincerely dedicated to 'greening' people's lives. Environmentalists with hard mechanical and electrical qualifications plus the actual physics (at last!) that underlies all the other stuff. They also seem keen to recommend the most durable hardware which is, of course, an often overlooked but highly significant part of making rational, economic and effective environmental purchasing choices. I've marked them down to a 3* (from my previous 5*) mainly because, apart from a couple of 'loose ends' , mainly down to their apprentice, the 'main man' - Jim Mckenzie - is not very good at speedily responding to texts, answerphone messages, emails etc. To be fair, they are swamped with work and dealing with the 'riddled with ambiguity' government bureaucracy relating to RHI and green home grants can be very challenging, but they really need to sharpen up their customer communication skills to a professional standard - when a business gets a request for information, the very least they should do is ping back an acknowledgment that they've received it... Edit. I've put them up to a 4* as they've now got better at answering back and Charlotte keeps them more organised.

Kind, professional, knowledgable - this is what epitomises the whole team. It’s a worry finding the right solar folk and we are so pleased Reco were recommended to us. They care and have done a very good job installing panels and an inverter for us.

From our first conversation about airsource, right the way through to installation of the entire system, Reco were thoughtful, respectful and diligent.

From the very first site visit to the completed installation every member of the team who came to my property were proffesional and knowledgeable. A really pleasant team who did everything they said they would on time, but were always willing to take time explain the process. A quality job with a very satisfactory result, warm house and plenty of hot water.

I have had a torrid time with my battery installation as it was installed by cowboys and subsequently fiddled with by more incompetents. Finally, Reco agreed to sort it all out which they did very well. This company merits five stars and an unreserved recommendation.

Reco installed my PV, battery storage, full house backup and EV charger. Prompt install date, minimal disruption,and everything was up and running fast without any major hiccups, was a pleasure to have the installers round, great team.

Lee from RECO came to site (my house) on the initial site visit but also during all phases of installation works. They were very respectful of the property and clearly wanted to do a good job. They were very happy to help and provided lots of advice whenever I enquired. The ASHP is now up and running well and therefore I would definitely recommend.

This is a great company and they did an excellent job all the guys were professional and courteous and thoughtful.

Great service from Reco Energy and we are delighted with the air source heat pump installation in our cottage. Efficient heating and hot water, very cozy!

Reco were great to deal with and they turned up when they said they would. They use great tradespeople to do the work from the scaffolders, the roofers/fitters and the commissioning electrician - all very pleasant and high quality! Very happy with the kit they installed too.

JM Energy, now Reco energy, fitted my solar panels on my roof. They arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently to install the panels and inverter. The installation went smoothly and was soon up and running. A hiccup with the reporting to the app on my phone was soon put right. My installation was chosen to be audited and other than one very minor issue it passed with flying colours. The system is just over 12 months old and has been trouble free and has produced more than the 4088kwh it was expected to produce. Would definitely use them again .

Recently had Solar Panels fitted, can not fault this company, fitters we’re amazing, Luke the electrician was great and gave us all the information we needed to know about the system. Jim the boss kept us informed of progress all the way through. If you want Solar Panels fitted these are the people to go to. Lin Jones, Polyphant

Jim was part of the team that refurbished my bathroom. He was always on time and polite and happy to discuss our requirements and make suggestions even when that led to us changing our original plans and requesting electric supplies to a completely different wall. Very happy with Jim's service.
