Excellent service from Solarkinetics. Advice, design and installation of a domestic 12 panel, 2 battery system have all been faultless and to the highest standard of workmanship. I recommend this company without reservation.

We’ve just had our solar panels installed by Solarkinetics and we’ve been incredibly impressed. From the initial survey to all the communication as we placed the order and arranged installation date, the company have been fantastic. The team that completed the installation were professional and careful as they worked around the house. The panels are working even better than we expected and have made a massive difference to how much electricity we need from the grid. The price was also a lot lower than we thought it would be. If you’re considering solar but are concerned about the costs, we’d highly recommend having a chat with Solarkinetics to see what your quote would be. They’re a fantastic company and we really do recommend them.

We have been very satisfied by the service provided by Solarkinetics. Gordon explained everything in detail in advance of the install and we were kept well informed of our order by Jaine and the other office staff. The guys who did the install of the PV on our bungalow roof and the fixing up of the inverter on our garage wall were all a pleasure to have working here and the installation was done to what looks to be a very good standard. We look forward to the system giving us many years of green energy and will be recommending Solarkinetics to people that we know.

From the initial quotation which was detailed and clear, with no pressure to buy, to the installation, the work was faultless. It's so nice to see a company that employs young staff who are proud of their workmanship, are hardworking with a great work ethic. We are delighted with our PV system. It is working perfectly, from the panels to the battery, the app and electrical feed. All good. The installation took a little longer than we expected, but the team were friendly, professional and clearly very skilled at what they do. They went above and beyond a simple installation, adding extras that have enhanced the use of the system. All the relevant paperwork required to connect to my Octopus account was done by them/or sent over promptly. Everything was excellent.

We were looking at installing a heat immersion system linked to our solar panels but were a bit overwhelmed by the complexities of retrofitting this into our existing plumbing set up. When Gordon came to complete the installation he spent over an hour talking us through the options in detail and helping us to decide that it probably wasn't a suitable set up for our home. Rare to get this level of customer service where Gordon really did put our interests first at the expense of a potential sale.

We had our system (panels and battery) installed about 6 months ago. The advice and guidance given were excellent, with the emphasis on no-pressure customer satisfaction rather than selling us something we didn't need. The survey and detailed written follow-up responses to our questions were very professional and useful. The installation of the panels looks very attractive in our opinion and we have had absolutely no problems since installation. We would recommend a battery to allow maximum use of the power produced, although this does significantly increase the cost. A friendly family company with professional standards. The work was clean, tidy and neat. We are very happy that we chose Solarkinetics.

After going through our requirements, Gordon and Jaine were able to advise a solution that was fair in price and matched our expectations. Although a short delay with their suppliers the on-site team were quick to get scaffolding booked and were onsite for the equipment install. The work was tidy, well fitted and the system doesn’t look out of place; like it was always meant to be there.

I contacted Solar Kinetics following a recommendation from an electrician at our club . This Business is owned by a husband and wife team . They were a pleasure to deal with . We are a local Racket sports club and our Solar Voltaic panels were supposed to be heating the water for our club . They weren’t . It was clear from the outset that Mr Gordon Yule knew exactly what he was doing . He explained the issues and solved the problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to others .
