Joe, at Caribelectrical installed an inverter, battery & EV car charger for us in Dorset. His work was first class, neat, timely and knowledgeable. Exceptionally polite and positive, he made himself available and followed up after the installation to make sure everything was in order. A thoroughly good customer experience.

Fantastic and incredibly reliable company

We were given Carib Electrical details through Sunsynk our inverter company as we were very badly let down by a previous company who installed our solar array. Joe at Carib Electrical was absolutely incredible in coming out quickly to check our failing system and found so many faults which he corrected and with his professional knowledge which l have to say is immense, he really knows everything about solar systems and is a very knowledgeable in installing, maintaining, our solar array has worked perfectly since Joe became our ‘go to solar company’ for our system. We are now after 2 years asking Joe to install another battery to enhance our system as l feel l can rely on him 100% to do a great job. I can throughly recommend Joe@carib electrical, you won’t be disappointed with his excellent professional knowledge and reliability.

Reliable and pleasant worker

Joe at Carib Electrical worked at my home recently installing the electrical side of a solar system. He is polite, courteous and works in a very tidy manner. He was also very helpful with help and advice, after a minor glitch with the system. I would recommend him.

Excellent electrician

Carib undertook the electrical side of my recent solar installation. Unlike my overall experience of the latter, Carib's performance was excellent. They worked efficiently and effectively leaving me with a system that works very well. Subsequently they have also helped me resolve issues with my solar system caused by other organisations for which I am very grateful. So, good customer service linked to high technical competence.

So glad I found this company! I used Carib initially for some electrical works in my salon before deciding to go ahead with a full solar install at my house. I felt very at ease and trusted the team with their advice and quotes. Very fair pricing and amazing communication 👏🏻
