This is, a most excellent solar company. I engaged Eternal Energy, to maintain our aging PV system. With honest choices and valuable advice, they carried out the work extremely well, with the result, the system is back up to full capacity. We installed solar panels on our house around 2013 and added some batteries a few years ago. Neither of these installations were done by Eternal Energy, BUT, having used them around 10 years ago when we had an extension (the original company that fitted them had gone out of business), they were the only company we contacted when one of our batteries failed a few months ago. Throughout the process they have been fantastic, clearly stating potential issues and securing an outcome with the tech team at the battery manufacturer. We also decided to move our entire system from the loft into the Garage and they undertook this as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Ben & Rob: they came when they said they would across multiple visits, took on much more then they originally expected and made the process very smooth. One thing that really stood out for me was that they didn't treat me like an idiot, instead they explained all the technical stuff really clearly so that I understood everything along the way. Highly recommended.

Great Job, Eternal installed my new system which is now expanded and works brilliantly. No complaints about having to remove the old panels which had reduced in output. Pleasant to deal with and good to their word. Not cowboys, they know what they're doing!

Fast, efficient, friendly and excellent at explaining options and finding the best solution for our somewhat difficult project. The team were all very professional and the project was completed very quickly with the site left completely clean and tidy.

Had solar panels installed and solar thermal by them, maybe 7-8 years ago when Bruce ran the company. Panels are still going well, but the thermal has been offline for approx two years now. Tried to get repaired via EES but they wouldn't respond. Wouldn't fix despite being MCS accredited, wouldn't return calls or emails. Tried to pay other installers to repair but they won't touch it if they didn't install it. I am therefore left with an expensive (large 50 tubes) installation on my roof (which initially worked fantastic) but cannot be used at all now as just leaks and is a complete waste of money. Awful service - would NEVER use again. I need to finally get around to submitting a claim via MCS.
