Complete forgotten about my mum and dad's shower. No phone call back, no price. Came and looked and didn't bother. They're 86, and you completely ignored them

Boiler was serviced then a little while later heating was randomly turning on in the night and wouldn’t switch off. Contacted the Barry Frampton office and a heating engineer was sent out to check everything. Turned out it was having rechargeable batteries in the controller that had caused the problem. I was panicking as I’d been away on holiday and wondered if my empty house had been like a sauna while I was away. James checked everything for me, reassured me the boiler is working just fine and even sorted out a cold radiator while he was here. 5* company that look after their customers.

Excellent, friendly service. Since moving to the area just over three years ago, I have used this company several times including regularly for boiler servicing and for installing solar panels. I am disabled and have a special toilet which is essential to my daily living. When it went wrong recently, although incredibly busy, they attended within a few hours to help me. I am extremely grateful.

Excellent after sales service from Barry Frampton team - I phoned this morning with a query about a PV panel not working and engineer visited within an hour, resolved issue with full explanation. Always consistently helpful so wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Most Excellent work with shower installation. Very friendly and efficient workmen . The best by far I have ever experienced in my long life ! I was dreading having our bath removed and the work involved in installing a shower cubicle . The team of workers made it seem no trouble at all ! virtually no noise and everything left very clean and tidy . This should be a great example of how work should be done in a private house with in this case elderly inhabitants. Highly recommended ! Many thanks from Marion Howard and partner.

Just wanted to add an additional note of appreciation to James who not only did a great job of installing but when we had a problem a year later he helped me sort it out rapidly over a phone call - thank you again for a great heating installation and support service!

Would recommend their service from start to finish, with me explaining the problem initially over the phone to an engineer coming out and fixing the leak within a few hours. Engineer was extremely professional, tidy and explained what he was doing and where the problem was. Would recommend!

A great service from start to finish. They left our house probably cleaner then when they started.

As it was freezing, the central heating decided to break down on a Sunday afternoon. I left a message on Barry's phone and they phoned me up first thing on the Monday morning. Had an engineer round by lunch time Monday and the system was fixed 2 hours later. You really can't expect much better than that!!!!

These guys are the local plumbing super heroes. Knowledgeable, available and friendly. Got us out of trouble more than once. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Central heating system packed up just before lockdown . Engineer came that morning identified fault and retruned later that afternoon and fitted the part. I have used them before and received equally good and prompt service but did n't get round to leaving a review last time. Thank you.

Very professional installation. The engineer was very neat & tidy, could tell he cared about his work. Everything you want from a contractor working in your house - like he had never been there. The price was very good too and they did not do any work that wasn't necessary. Job well done.

solar system they installed broke down within 6 months, had to wait weeks before fixed. They refuse to tell me why system failed.

The design advice from Paul Frampton proved excellent and his team were professional, courteous and respectful of my home. I highly recommend them.

Quality workmanship and polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a new boiler installed, as well as a new heating system and a PV solar installation. All completed within a week, to a very good standard. Would be more than happy to put work their way in future.

We had a leak in our flat - always concerning as dripping into flat below. Paul Frampton and his team were there within 5 mins of my phone call! Nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, courteous and reassuring. They kept us informed at every stage of the diagnosis. Paul visited the elderly lady in the flat below to explain everything. They resolved the problem which had been caused by an old pipe. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. A very professional company!
