Solstice Energy are simply outstanding! With Lisa's excellent back-office support Gary’s tech expertise and Richard's attention to detail made the whole process seamless. We chose Solstice from a shortlist of companies after a detailed chat with Richard, which immediately gave us complete confidence. Once the optimal equipment and layout were selected and designed for us, the system installation was completely hassle free. On site Richard, Jon and Louis worked cleanly and efficiently. Lisa was pivotal in getting everything commissioned helping us become energy producers, sorting out approvals, MCS certificate and MPAN. Jon’s dedication and patient approach to bridging knowledge gaps is truly unrivalled. The whole team delivers excellence, genuinely love what they do and stay up to date with the latest developments, which makes working with them a pleasure. dont bother. They installed my panels last year. After numerous attempts at aftercare service they never respond.

My expensive SMA Sunny Boy inverter failed a few weeks after the 5 year warranty expired. I contacted Solstice and was given good advice and prompt service. They supplied me with a much cheaper Solis inverter with a 10 year extended warranty and fitted it very quickly. The fitter was cheerful and competent, the office who arranged the installation was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend this company.
