I don’t put reviews up very often - the service has to be either very poor or outstanding to prompt me to write one. This time, it was an outstanding service. It wasn’t the punctuality or professionalism that strikes me the most - after all I am expecting all companies to come when they say and do what they have to. It was the “customer first” mentality and policy those guys have. I have now used them twice in the space of 18 months. First to wire a new extension, and recently to re-wire the rest of the house to bring it up to the level of the extension. The guys have done a brilliant job both times and suggested fantastic solutions for tricky situations. Both times the solutions were tailored around my needs and not their profits. And the best part is that they suggested some innovations that have actually reduced my monthly electricity bills as well as reducing cost for the actual works. I have no doubt that they could have chosen to make it much more expensive for implementation thus charging more and maximize their profit. I now have a go-to company for all my future needs and they have won a loyal customer! Keep up the great work guys - well done!!!
