No Qwalms!

Our farmhouse had a very inefficient heating system and we qualified for Eco4 funding to get it up to standard. I knew very little about Eco4 and to be honest the choice of contractor was a lottery really and Qwala pretty much chose us. Their reviews looked okay so we went for it and how lucky we were. It was a big project, installing insulation on both the loft and upstairs walls and vaulted ceilings, they installed two air source heat pumps with a combined 18kw max capacity, complete re plumbing with new rads throughout and a solar panel installation. Qwala negotiated the grant and coordinated the project working closely with each of the contractors and I have to say they were excellent. Dave was my liason and was very attentive and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the work. There were snags of course in this building built in 1708 but each issue was dealt with within a few hours of reporting. Nothing was too much trouble. The same goes for the contractors that Qwala used. They were skillful, knowledgeable and the work done was of a high standard. All in all, phew! A couple of months on now and everything working very well indeed. We weren't obliged to contribute to the cost at all although we did choose to purchase optional solar batteries and have them installed at the same time. If Qwala work as well for you as they did for us, you need have no Qwala qualms. Thanks guys, Steve.

Heat pump + solar panels upgrade with ECO4 – Highly Recommend!

Qwala worked with us to install a heat pump, all the radiators and solar panels with the government ECO4 funding grant. Dave & all the team were really friendly and kept us informed throughout the process and worked quickly to get everything installed, knowing what would work best for our house and how we could adapt as we renovated our house later down the line. The guys arrived every day on time and worked full days and completed the works in no time at all making sure to work around us and really conscious effort to clean up after the end of each day. They made sure we understood how everything worked once complete and that we were happy with everything. Really happy with it all and love seeing how much our carbon footprint has dropped/ trees planted in the app! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service and extremely…

Fantastic service and extremely professional. The guys onsite always aimed to work round me as I was working from home and made sure I wasn't inconvenienced so I could get on with my work. Everyone who came to do work at the house was extremely friendly and polite and couldn't do enough, and even did a user guide video for me so we knew how to use everything once they had gone. Finally they always made sure at the end of every day the house was clean and tidy which I thought was lovely. I couldn't praise Qwala enough and would highly recommend.

Qwala an excellent company…

Qwala an excellent company and one I would use again and recommend to others. Dave kept me informed as the grant application for insulation and heating was being prepared and submitted. Although I found the first couple of days of the job stressful, the team who carried out the work were amazing, all very friendly, hard working and kept me up to date with what was happening. Furniture and floors were covered with polythene for protection, rubbish removed and areas swept daily. Any queries I had were answered honestly and any problems dealt with immediately. Extremely pleased with the entire process

Qwala arranged funding and oversaw the instillation of grant funded insulation and heating in my son’s property. The team ensured everything ran smoothly and kept me up to speed every step of the way. Tony & Dave were always on hand to answer question and deal with any queries. Scottish Power caused a huge problem with live bare wires left exposed but this was sorted out by Tony & Dave saving us the hassle of dealing with them. Excellent company with fantastic staff would definitely recommend them.
