From time to time over the last 20 or so years Janet and I have discussed having solar panels fitted to the roof, during that time several of our friends made the decision to do so and always said what a good decision it had been . Yes it seemed to be wise to use the energy freely emitted by the Sun and not a manufactured product, still we left it to others. Then our son had them fitted. He and his wife were very satisfied and could see immediately the advantages the change brought them. Their experience with Send it solar was quite straightforward and they strongly urged us to make the same decision. I emailed the company and true to their word Mr. Andrews telephoned me the following day. We fixed the date for survey and discussion and two very personable gentleman patiently talked us through the whole operation. It was explained in detail what would be the most suitable installation for us (aged 89 and 85 years). After a few days debating we arranged to forge ahead, I must say ably assisted by Tiffany and Paris in the send it solar office. Mr Andrews always did what he said he would and when do likewise his team. EDGE scaffolding another very pleasant team of young men were efficient and tidy. This prepared the way for the fixing of 15 solar panels on our south facing back roof and the corresponding electrics and battery et cetera in the garage. Hey presto! We were up and running. The whole operation was very satisfactory and we are delighted with the outcome. Thank you all. Peter and Janet Gunther

I’ve had an excellent service from start to finish from Send it Solar team in the office and engineers at my home and have already recommended them to family, friends and neighbours. Special mention to Dan who was very knowledgeable and helpful about the Giv Energy hardware and technology installed.

Solar PV installation

Send it Solar installed a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system in two arrays to my home, backed up by a GivEnergy inverter and monitoring system. I was kept fully informed of the process throughout, and all of the team at Send It Solar have proven to be thoroughly professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. All of my queries were answered in short order. The Administration department supplied all of the relevant documentation shortly after installation, all of which enabled me to process an application to an energy company to supply the grid with any excess energy that the system generates. The GivEnergy system is simple to understand and gives you full control of your energy usage and any exporting/importing to and from the grid. Monitoring in my case is achieved through my laptop with wireless connection to the inverter, although a mobile phone option is also available. System continuously updates with information that informs you of import and export status from the panels to the grid and/or to your home, with similar information to and from the battery and inverter being supplied. Daily, weekly and cumulative energy imports and exports are readily available on screen. The installation of the panel array, battery, inverter and metered connected was all completed in a day, and with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. Commissioning of the system was done in my presence, and included a tour of the GivEnergy website. Documentation provided included electrical schematics, and full electrical certification. All in all an excellent service has been provided

What a great company to deal with. Dan and Morgan were a good team nothing to much trouble. 'Givenergy' equipment seems superb, easy to follow data on the app. 5 star service.

Senditsolar feedback spot on

January 2024 Health check, batteries not charging and Data Logger reset. Had issues with lack of WiFi connectivity to data logger and lack of battery charging. Spoke with Tiffany who sorted me out straight away and got Dan booked in for a quick visit to see what the problem was. Once again service 1st class and swift, Dan sorted the issues out and got the data logger back on line in no time. I did not go with the actual company who sold the system as the customer services was poor, Sendit solar was the contracted fitting service so went back direct them them as they never fail to deliver a fast and effective service. Sendit Solar ticks all the boxes as they also fitted a neighbour a full system post seeing mine. Don Acton MBE Sept 2023 Additional Puredrive battery fit. Excellent service yet again, Tiffany swift to reply and got Dan booked in to meet my needs to get the second battery fitted which needed the original removed and resisted with a rerun of the wiring which was not straight forward. What a smashing company to deal with, they responded promptly, listened to our requirements, send a full multi-option quote, which reflected our discussion, which I was able to discuss, and once sorted, the team arrived to do the installation,on time, friendly, helpful , well mannered and tidy. I asked Send it Solar to come in and move some of the equipment supporting my existing Solar Panels. A quote for the work was provided within 24 hours and the work booked in promptly. I was informed in advance who the engineer would be and when he would arrive and that was updated when an issue with getting the parts required to work to be delayed by a couple of hours. The work performed was of the highest order and the Engineer who undertook the work was thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Great find for me

Great find for me. After being the victim of a "cowboy" solar installer I was overly cautious when I approached Send it Solar. I needn't have worried. They were very prompt and responsive, turned up when they said they would, and gave great advice. Their work is very neat, and I would recommend them to anyone. I now have a professionally installed MCS certified Solar and Battery system.

Efficient and effective solar installation

Very quick to investigate needs, and draft up specification including ev charger, solar panels and battery system. Installation was quick, efficient and the team were excellent. Transparent pricing and good after sales support.

An overall positive experience.

Overall the experience was positive. The performance of my system exceeded my expectation and I had a further 2 panels added about 6 months after the original installation. A slight criticism is that a more in-depth assessment of what I thought I wanted would probably have led to all the panels being installed together. In saying that the installation teams were professional, courteous and tidy and the office team handled my queries well.

Used Send it Solar on multiple jobs now. I have been very impressed with the quality of work on every one of them, highly recommended
