I recently bought a property in Saltdean and from my RICS survey it looked like the wiring was quite old. Bryn and his team gave me a very fair quote to replace all light switches, plug sockets and completely replace the fuse boxes, which would never have passed an EICR. Even after finding more issues than expected, the price remained fair. Bryn was professional, straightforward and easy to talk to. Quick, efficient, and I’m really pleased with the service. We asked Bryn to check our property and to issue a EICR certificate. He responded quickly and completed the work within 24 hours. He explained the process to us and replaced some faulty bits. Very happy with the work done, would recommend!
