Absolutely top service from start to finish, always someone to discuss your project at the end of the phone or email. All the electrical work & commissioned by Steve who is a real asset to the company, he talked us through everything & explaining in layman’s terms. His attention to detail is second to none. Then the hand over he helped us set up the apps so we can monitor everything. After doing a lot of research I was clear with what I wanted. Infinity worked with me, offered their recommendation but importantly gave me exactly what I wanted without being pushy. Now is definitely the time to look at solar and battery storage!

We had a SigEnergy system installed by Infinity (panels and storage) and are very pleased with results. The whole process was very smooth from Andy doing the initial site visit, Joe our planner, the install team: Sam, Harry, Josh, Phil & Steve with Laurie & Mason doing the scaffolding. Plus Sarah in the office keeping us fully updated along the way. Although we had the install at the start of winter we have already seen clear benefits and are currently over 2 days without importing any power from the grid! Very happy.

I went to 4 different companies for quotes Infinity came up with the best proposal they were very helpful and informative on any points i had with the selection of panels, equipment and installation. The scaffolders, panel installers and electricians were all polite pleasant and really got on with their work in a professional way no trouble at all. The panels look good, well set out the batteries and inverter installed where we wanted, we are really pleased with the whole procedure

Infinity energy did an amazing job from start to finish. Really good price and always kept me up to date on the progress of the order. Sam and Harry did a wonderful job on the installation and explained everything upon completion. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently had a solar panel and battery system by Infinity Energy, after Octopus Energy declined to offer due to complications they saw in working on our extended bungalow. We originally chose Octopus because we wanted the security of a very large company standing behind their work . So when Octopus declined to complete the contract we were concerned as we thought there were too many wheelers and dealers around for our comfort. However we saw Infinity's excellent ad on Facebook and after talking to them felt persuaded that they were a high quality outfit that we could feel comfortable with. This indeed turned out to be exactly right. Infinity were extremely professional in preparing their offer, their people were friendly and very careful to meet their time deadlines . They were very tidy and made almost no mess even though the weather was against them with torrential run on the first day of the three day installation programme. The system has been up and running and already , even at this time of yea,r is showing significant results. Well done Infinity Energy!!!

We used Infinity to install our 19 panels and Tesla power wall 3 battery with gateway, the information we received from Infinity regarding panels and battery was superb, from start to finish everything was done professional to a high standard, Pav, Izaak, Harry, explained the prosess of the installation, left clean and tidy after work was finished, I would highly recommend Infinity for solar & battery.

We’ve dealt with Infinity over the last couple of months for a solar panel installation. Our house is old and so we’ve needed a bespoke approach and plan. The whole experience has been terrific. There has been constant, prompt and clear communication with the office team via phone and email. Ben, Joe and Andy have been brilliant with the surveys and proposals. The scaffolders turned up on time and were great. And the fitting crew were also brilliant- Miguel and Pavel lugging the panels up on to the roof areas and fitting them and of course Sam and Ollie on all the electrics. We are up and running now and it’s lovely to see “no cost” on the electricity smart meter from our provider because it’s all coming from solar even on a cloudy day. I was recommended Infinity Energy Services by a neighbour who had a good experience with them. From the first sales contact through the follow-up after installation, Infinity Energy Services were a fantastic company to work with. I was provided with a quote in a timely fashion after the on-site survey. The surveyor was knowledgeable and understood my requirements. The installation team (Issac & Harry) worked hard to complete the installation in less time than scheduled, working almost without breaks and tidying up as they went along. Co-ordination with scaffolders and roofers was seamless. This was all made possible by the team at HQ (Amanda, Sarah and Christine) who ensured that everyone was up to date on the project and things happened on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Energy Services to anyone looking for a solar power installation. First class and professional from start to finish.

Just had solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall 3, Tesla gateway and Zappi EV charger installed by Infinity. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Everybody that we had dealings with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Kathryn was very patient and helpful with our many requests and ensured that we ended up with the most suitable system for our roof that would also be easy for us to manage. The 2 panel fitters (not good at remembering names but I think one was Miguel) quickly and neatly fitted the rails, bird guards and panels onto the roof and were the most cheerful pair you could come across. Joe (?) the electrician was excellent too, fitting the Powerwall and gateway where we wanted and the cabling very neatly and unobtrusively and helping us set up the necessary apps. We were pleased to see that Infinity are training their own electricians and to have the trainees,Harry and Ollie, on site. The scaffolders were polite, friendly and efficient too. All of the workers told us that Infinity is a good company to work for and seemed very happy as they went about their work. All together, a very good experience and we are pleased that we chose Infinity.

Wasn't impressed with waiting in all day for the scaffolders to come only to have them ring our bell 7:30 next morning. But the Infinity teams were great. The roof team got the new panels in place without any fuss. Greg, the electrician, did a top job replacing the old inverter and connecting the new panels. GivEnergy are a pain though. Greg was held for one hour on the phone. Meant him heading back to Southampton at 17:15 rather than 16:15! Won't see the system working until tomorrow. I'm happy.

Friendly company

The staff were always very responsive and helpful. Booking a roof survey was quick and the quote was detailed. Our friends had a very positive experience with Infinity installing panels on their new build house, which is the main reason we chose to go with them. Recommendations if getting solar panels: - If you want to maximise the value of your solar installations, assess all locations where you could squeeze panels, especially if you've got multiple roof surfaces. Look up different panel sizes online and request them to test others, not just the largest & latest make on offer. Our system was resized from the initial 3x 510W to 8x460W after we requested it. - Discuss and confirm the suitability of your roof with the in-person surveyor, especially if living in an older property. Our roof was discovered to be unsuitable on installation day, as the roof tiles have been secured with cement. This requires replacement of all tiles under the panels, which was not covered by the quote.

Both Gregg and Dave we very good kept me informed all throughout the installation they worked very professional and the installation is very neat clean and tidy in a very confined space under thestairs.spent time with me explaining and helping setting everything up.

Soler panel and battery install

The process from initial enquiry, through design visit, install and final paperwork was handled well by the different members of the team. The panels and battery are working well a month in and we'd happily use Infinity again. On the day of the install, Izaak and Harry did a great job, nice tidy install exactly where we wanted things.

Good presales, decent price and Worry free installation

Installation was a dream, worry free. The installers (Joe and Harry on electrics + Pav and Steve on roof panels) exuded confidence and kept us up to speed with progress. Was worried about potential damage to home running cables from roof level, down through the house and into the garage on ground level - very tidily done and all restored to original states. Ran us though the cable runs and placements and set up the monitoring apps and explained same. Had some scheduling issues, but were quickly overcome. Just awaiting the scaffolding deinstall. Haven’t set up the export process as yet. Hopefully goes quickly ! We had 22 roof panels on 2 roof aspects, and Fox inverter and battery. Would recommend.

A couple of issues but overall great…

Initially very helpful but then took much longer than planned to fully commission the PV system. The panels were on the roof when planned but they had not factored in time to connect them and so it was another week before they were working. We recently had a house fire and part of the roof need to be replaced. After a couple of hiccups, Infinity were great, replacing a couple of damaged panels and rectifying something that had been installed incorrectly.

Very satisfied with Infinity Energy Services

The installers from Infinity were very punctual, friendly and professional, the roofing team Phil and Shep did a great job gettting the panels installed very quickly and the electricians Sam and Ollie did a very tidy job with the electrics, they explained the install in great detail and got it set up and running in no time, very happy to recommend Infinity. Our setup is 10 panels on the garage roof with a powerwall 3, Solis inverter and Tesla gateway.

Highly recommend this company

Excellent advice prior to installing my home batteries. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it - unusual these days! Helpful tutorial on how to get the best out of the batteries. Took just over a day to install. Gregg, Josh and Dave were all brilliant.

Good price and excellent service

The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰

Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. Another great install! I just had the team install air-conditioning into 2 bedrooms. Sam and Max were as always polite, knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. I’m super pleased with the result. I definitely continue to recommend Infinity to anyone wanting a quality install. From first contact to the day of install and the handover, Infinity Energy were great. I love my new Powerwall 3 and the chaos that installed it did a great job, worked hard and very polite.

Everyone turned up at the advised time, all the members of the team from Infinity introduced themselves to me. Izaak and Dave explained the installation to me. The work was completed on time and the site left clean and tidy. The team fixing the bird prevention netting to the solar panels left everything tidy as well. It was great that all rubbish etc was taken away. It was a great to have people who were conscientious and enthusiastic working on one’s property.

Infinity Energy have been excellent from the initial definition of the best configuration and equipment location for the property through quotation to final install. The install team were superb, fitting the 12 SunPower PV panels with Foxess hybrid inverter and battery over two days, taking into account a few of my requests regarding cable routing. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Joe, Josh and Kieran were courteous, efficient and professional. The solar and ev charger instalation took less than 2 days. I can not praise them enough. A job very well done.

A 5 star experience from start to finish with expert impartial advice from people who knew what they were talking about! Kathryn & Sarah were both extremely knowledgeable during pre-installation and despite having several hurdles to jump over stuck with it and came up with a 1st class solution which we were happy with! Izaak & Gregg were the installers who did an excellent job of installing the system leaving the room clean and tidy as well as setting up my phone for me to monitor the system remotely!
