Appalling

Superb 5 star workmanship and service over 5 days of hard work eg insulation,heating,electrics,and gutter clearing,plastering,they clean up everyday ,good bunch of guys all 6, BRUCE.. included, PS have noticed a big diffrence temp only dropped 1/2 a degree in 5 hours during the night.

Reckless. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Avoid using this company.

New boiler fitted Nov 29th on behalf of South Tyneside Council .. bedroom radiator not working since!!! Despite several calls to STC who then tried to contact this company ... nothing heard !!! This despite highlighting my partners respiratory problems

I recently had my council house refurbed kitchen and bathroom. Buston and Maughan did a disgusting job on the paintwork and even admitted it after lots of stress going backwards and forwards. They came to repaint it (2nd time and paid for again by the council) the 2nd time theyve left it worse than the 1st time they wont get 3rd chance to correct it. Save your hard earned money and get a reputable descent firm. Seemingly I was the only resident that complained but that is a lie as I put it on our local facebook with a video and have had lots of other residents who they have done an even worse job on. Our local MP is now taking up our complaints as you are just dismissed by the company!!! Shame on them disgusting job!

Another great job done by this company. Craig and Callum worked so hard and they were professional and respectful throughout. Lovely guys who even hoovered my artificial grass after the job was done, so happy with the work they did!

The lad that installed my new boiler today was top drawer, friendly, excellent workmanship, left my kitchen tidy. I couldn't recomend him or this company highly enough.

Liam worked above and beyond, such a personable young man and absolutely did brilliant in his job. Bruce from this company has just finished gutting and replacing a full new bathroom for me on behalf of my landlord Bernicia. I'm absolutely delighted with the whole experience. The work is quality and of a very high standard. And the work ethic was amazing - starting on the dot at 8am and finishing around 4pm it took just 3 days to complete. I would recommend this company.

I have had salad called Steve in my flat putting a wet room in all week really cannot fault him he kept me up to date all week even when I asked really stupid questions he was professional all the time time he was here but really big thanks Steve my kettle will be on if you ever intend area again
