Very happy with the service provided by C2 Renewable Solutions. Engagment with sales and installation teams was of the highest quality. Cost was lower than OVO and Octopus.

Our solar panel array had been damaged by other workman. Scott was able to tell me exactly what was needed to put it right, and didn't try to sell me anything extra, which I appreciated. He was extremely helpful, and gave me much needed advice.

We had our solar system fitted 6 years…

We had our solar system fitted 6 years ago. We have had it removed to enable a roof renovation and informed that it had been fitted very badly. Brackets were different lengths, wiring on the panels shoddy, it will result in us paying £3000 to have it reinstalled to industry standards. We have emailed for their thoughts and they have not responded. Very very disappointed.

C2 Renewable Solutions were contracted to install a 60 panel PV system at our local village hall. Usually in this life you get what you pay for but C2 Renewable Solutions seem to be an exception. An excellent installation and top quality service at a very reasonable price, quite considerably cheaper than other quotes received. It is early days, our PV system has just been commissioned, but throughout the planning of this project their service and advice has been first rate. Their friendly and professional installers completed the whole system in 3 days and it is working just as they had predicted and we had hoped.

I would certainly like to put on record what excellent service we received from the C2 team. The team were extremely hardworking, polite and helpful and completed the job (12 solar panels plus 2 batteries) in just two days. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-spec Solar system at a fair price.

Scott installed a large solar array, 10kw battery, and Zappi electric car charger a while ago. So far the system is working well and saving me a great deal of money. I recommend this company.

Recommended C2 Renewable Solutions by a friend. We contacted the Company and a prompt visit from Scott who explained what was needed. A date was arranged for the installation 4 weeks later. Which was completed in three days, roof panel fitters were efficient, tidy, and polite, and the electrician, Sam, installed the electrics, patiently as the cable runs were quite long. We've just had 19 panels, a powerwall 3 and EV charger installed by C2. From start to finish (which was only a couple of months) they have been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Scott explained the system design in detail and answered any questions that we had. During install, Oscar, Sam et al. were polite, clean and tidy and also happy to explain the install and show me the various apps for control. We are so pleased that we made the leap to solar - if you are thinking about it, do it - and use C2!

Anabel and the team at C2 have been excellent in guiding me to a suitable battery installation. The installer was very knowledgeable and kept power interruption to a minimum. He even helped fix a measurement issue with the existing solar system. I would highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions.

Outstanding installer. Scott from start-to-finish went above-and-beyond to ensure we got the best deal and the team were second-to-none in politeness, tidiness and post-install customer service.

I had done some shopping around and then I was recommended C2, I found dealing with them very easy, my project was made complex by the home builder, and two other companies all trying to tie in together, but C2 made it work, we had a couple of options on the day around the amount t of panels, to which C2 communicated this, and were so accommodating. The new in roof system looks great, both their roofers and electricians were professional and polite. Always discussing options, and doing the work how I wanted and not just the easy way. As such we have cables run through the walls rather than down the outside. Having shopped around C2 were competitively priced which was a bonus, and open to all options the house builders were throwing up. We are already seeing saving having been using over £2.50 per day this dropped to £0.46. Only downside is the time it takes to set up the export tariff as in one weekend we would have made £6 but that’s out of C2’s hands. I would recommend them and will be using them again when I need batteries and EV charging points.

I initially considered another company to install our solar panels and battery but felt unsatisfied with their recommendations regarding the number of panels. A neighbor highly recommended C2 Renewable Solutions, and I'm so glad they did! After reaching out to C2, Scott visited our home and suggested we could easily double the number of panels initially recommended by the first company. I decided to switch to C2 at the last minute, and I have no regrets. The installation process was quick and efficient. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed a few minor issues on the second day without any hassle. Now, it feels like we have a mini power station on our roof, and the results are simply amazing. Highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions for anyone considering solar installation!

They always answer the phone, most companies in this industry do not. The staff are helpful and know what they are doing. Next minute they are on google and have a picture of your roof and determine what will fit on there. They took time to fit solar panels symmetrically so they looked better. I had all the electrical work checked out afterwards by a qualified friend who confirmed it was all done to a very high standard. All the cables had plastic trunking and it was very neat. The scaffolding was done correctly and only up for time required. The rails that the solar panels lie on, had end caps fitted, most companies do not bother with this. When dealing with contractors, it can be hard work, however everything went very smoothly with this job.

C2 Renewable Solutions were recommended by a friend of a friend after we’d struggled to find someone who could work with our awkward shaped roof. They were friendly and helpful from the first enquiry to the end of the very end of the fitting. We were kept informed throughout and everything was very very clear. I had loads of questions and they spent lots of time with me so I understood everything and felt 100% comfortable. They were quite a bit cheaper than I expected and didn’t try to sell me finance which I was really grateful for. Installation went smoothly and mess free and now I’m happily watching the little app and enjoying free electricity. I’ve already recommended them to other friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for solar panels, really excellent company

What a pleasure it was to work with Scott and his team. Scotts initial visit was booked in and done quickly and he fully understood what we were trying to achieve and gave us the best solar solution to achieve this. The installers were a pleasure to have on site. They were polite and extremely tidy at all times and worked really hard to complete the set up in two days. We now have a live system and are really pleased with it. C2 came to us on a recommendation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for a renewable energy solution. 2 years on and just had a battery installed by the C2 team. Sam our installer was fantastic. The install was outside and we had terrible weather conditions but nothing was to much trouble for Sam. All now installed and working and very tidy. Another great job from the C2 team.

After a colleague's recommendation, and after reading other Google reviews, I decided on C2, and I wasn't disappointed with the work or the price. From initial contact through to handover, I can't really fault C2. Scott's survey was all about equipping me with the best fit for my house; Anabel's knowledge, understanding, patience and communications were top notch; and Courtney fired over the relevant paperwork and emails extremely efficiently. Adam and Rob the electricians worked well in the freezing temperatures, as did the two Jacks fitting the panels on the roofs. All were polite and friendly. If the panels fall off the roofs and the inverter and battery fail in the next few weeks, I might change this review, but C2 are definitely worth the five stars in my opinion👌

All the team, scaffolders and Panel installers in particular Oscar who was exceptional as the electrician have been extremely polite and efficient and thoroughly professional. Would highly recommend. Commissioned a 14 solar panel with battery installation at my home with C2 Renewable Solutions. Communications, product and installation was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions. Having received a number of quotes from other supplies which felt very expensive, they were also very confusing and complicated! The team at C2 were very responsive in explaining the quotation and offered up some really good solutions which other suppliers had not suggested. We had some additional panels installed alongside a Giv Energy Battery and Inverter. We had a couple of issues with the Solar install, but these were put right by Scott and the team and I couldn't fault their service and communication. I would highly recommend. Despite it being October on the days when it's sunny i'm fully charging my battery and I'm loving the new set up. Thanks guys!

Solar Panel system installation

C2 gave a very competitive quote for all work undertaken. Installation was on schedule, tidy and efficient. Instructions for operation, plus hints and tips on getting the best from the system excellent. Help and guidance with regard to setting up the export guarantee payments with our energy supplier are much appreciated. A very knowledgeable and professional company. Would highly recommend C2 if you are looking for a renewable energy solution.

We are absolutely delighted with our experience of solar panel installation by C2 Renewable Solutions. Everybody was so helpful from the first time we called the office to the completion of the installation. They were very flexible, and we were able to tweak the design up to the moment Scott actually began the installation. The cost was reasonable and everything is working well, showing a significant reduction in our fuel bills already. A very professional job and we thoroughly recommend them.

Just had C2 Renewables install my 14 Panel Solar roof system and can't be happier. the team was great and got it up and functioning in one day. Now looking forward to them install my Tesla Powerwall 2 and getting compltely off the grid!!!!

Air Source Heating

This company installed an Air Source Heatpump to my new property in early 2021. Within a few days of moving in we noticed a fault in the system. We have been trying to get them to come and rectify it since then with numerous phone calls and emails (19 months now) but all we managed to get is lots of false promises. Then they wouldn’t return nor reply to my messages. Eventually a few weeks ago one came, but after fiddling for 5 min. he left. The problem of course was not solved and despite my further requests to put it right, there was no response from them. Eventually we got a competent engineer to sort some of the problems out but one is still pending. C2renewables installed the pipes too closely together, thereby making it impossible to extract a filter in order to replace it. Another botched job on their part requiring major plumbing repositioning to rectify it and complete drainage of the system. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and I think they should have their operating license withdrawn.

Scott & Ross did a excellent job installing our in-roof solar panels and battery storage, done everything they said they would do on time with no issues. everything was completed with an eye to detail its all very neat and tidy and everything working well. I would highly recommend them as a company. They are both very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar. I was very clear in what I wanted and they made that happen. My only criticism would be better communications but that can be overlooked as they are a small company and everyone need time off and when the start date was confirmed this happened on time. Scott and the team couldn’t have been more helpful or informative.. I received quotes from 6 different suppliers and C2 had the most competitive quote, along with a very friendly and helpful customer service. Scott recommended the 4.5kW system with a 5.2kW battery and iboost which is perfect for our needs. Their after installation support is also great, I would recommend to anyone and hopeful for lots of sunshine!

Just had a solar PV fitted by C2

Just had a solar PV fitted by C2. It covers the South facing pitched roof of our tandem garage, and looks very smart. Workmanship was first class, the team turned up when expected, and left the area tidy when finished. Day 2 their electrician arrived to connect the system. His work was also spot on, and cables / fittings were very neatly run to and from the inverter. Nice to use an independent local firm! Well done C2!

Highly recommended

We talked to several suppliers, most who wanted to simply sell a standard system. Scott was willing to listen and devise a system to match what we wanted (27 panels). A couple of tiles got broken while working on the roof, but they replaced them all, even the difficult ones under the mortar of the hips. It was a delight to have Scott and the team working here and we are delighted with the system.
